DEMOCRATS GIVE AID AND COMFORT TO JIHAD

The Democrats have finally gone all the way and sold out our troops, our government and way of life. Voting for a definite withdrawal date lets the Isalmikazis know all they have to do is hang on. Once the allies leave Iraq, the blood bath will begin. The same fools were responsible for about TWO AND ONE HALF MILLION deaths in S.E. Asia with the 1975 fall of Saigon. What is wrong with these people? Are they so consumed with hatred of conservatives that they would allow the massacre of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis? Not to mention the take over of Iraq by Iran.

For the first time in history an American congress has voted to withdraw unilaterally from a battlefield in the middle of a war. America's withdrawal from Vietnam came only after a truce was signed with the Communist aggessor which left the regimes America had set out to defend in Cambodia and the South in place. Two years later the Democrats voted to cut off all military and economic aid to the regimes struggling to defend themselves from Communist conquest with American troops no longer at their side.
With the vote to cut off aid to Cambodia and Vietnam the Democrats became the party of retreat and surrender and paved the way for the collapse of both regimes four months later and the slaughter of two and a half million Cambodians and Vietnamese by the Communists. The blood of these innocents is on the hands of Jack Murtha and many of the Democrats who yesterday voted to put a knife in the back of the Iraqis who thought America would make good on its promises and was going to defend their freedom.
In defending his betrayal of the Iraqis, Jack Murtha said "What we're trying to do in this legislations is to force the Iraqis to fight their own war." As if there would be a war in Iraq if America had not toppled the regime of the mass murderer Saddam Hussein. Jack Murtha's statement is a betrayal of everything America has stood for in the past; it is a betrayal of all those Iraqis who believed we were their friends and of every American man and woman who has given their life, or sacrificed their limbs for Iraqis' freedom.
It is said by supporters of the Democrats' betrayal, that we cannot win the war in Iraq. It would be more truthful to say we cannot afford to lose the war in Iraq. If the war has been mismanaged, as Democrats claim and virtually all Republicans concede, then the solution is to manage it better. Are the Democrats saying it cannot be managed better? If they are, then how can they criticize the Bush Administration for failing to do so? If it can be managed better, then what can justify throwing in the towel and creating a new Islamic terrorist state in the Middle East? The fact that the Democrats have no answers to these questions is a measure of how low this party has sunk since the days when John F. Kennedy pledged that Americans would pay any price and meet any foe to defend the cause of freedom.
