Police Vow Strict Ramadan Hours

Secular, moderate Indonesia will use police to enforce Ramadan rules on non-Muslims during Ramadan.  While Indonesia pays lip service to equality for all religions, in reality, Islam and Sharia always trump any non-Muslim concerns.  

This is all part of "Creeping Sharia" around the world.  This is what is waiting for the West if we do not wake up and stop the global Islamisation.

The Jakarta Police have promised to act firmly against entertainment establishments that violate opening hours during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which starts in the middle of next month.

Adj. Sr. Comr. Elfian, the police’s director of sociocultural affairs, said on Tuesday that the police would prioritize a policy of engagement with the businesses.

“We hope the management will abide by the rules,” he said. “If they don’t, then we will take action in coordination with the city tourism and culture office.”

He said the number of police personnel to be deployed to enforce the opening hours was still being determined.
