ISIL orders female genital mutilation in Mosul

Wherever Muslims go, they bring all the 7th century barbarity that founded Islam.  And for those who say FMG is a cultural thing, I agree, but Islam has adapted it into itself, along with cutting off hand and feed and stoning for adultery and other such pleasantries.  Islam has had 1,400 years to stop the practice but if anything has spread it even further that it's origins in the Arabian peninsula and North Africa.  FMG is practiced to some extent wherever Muslims reside.

So, the question is, do we want more muslims in the West?

Militant group Islamic State has ordered all girls and women in and around Iraq’s northern city of Mosul to undergo female genital mutilation, the United Nations said on Thursday, Al-Akhbar reports.

The “fatwa” issued by the Sunni Muslim fighters would potentially affect 4 million women and girls, U.N. resident and humanitarian coordinator in Iraq Jacqueline Badcock told reporters in Geneva by videolink from Arbil. “This is something very new for Iraq, particularly in this area, and is of grave concern and does need to be addressed,” she said. “This is not the will of Iraqi people, or the women of Iraq in these vulnerable areas covered by the terrorists,” she added. No one was immediately available for comment from Islamic State which has led an offensive through northern and western Iraq.
