The U.S. Must Pay the Jizya

Obama continues his bowing and scraping before his Muslim overlords.  His is America's chief dhimmi and is leading us down the path of survitude to Islam.

Stand up America, defend yourself from all enemies without and whithin.

FROM AMERICANTHINKER.COM:

The U.S. Must Pay the Jizya
Richard Butrick

The jizya is a tax that infidels (non-Muslims) must pay in order not to be brutalized by Allah's chosen.

Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold forbidden that which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.  Qur'an 9:29

It is basically a protection racket.  Think Mafia run by religious zealots.  In this case, as President Obama sees it, in order not to suffer terrible disruption ("a deepening spiral of division") by justifiably irate Muslims, the U.S. must pay up.  It is part of the Obama Doctrine: billions for tribute but not one more cent for defense.

Justifiable anger?  Invasion of Arab lands, stealing Arab oil, propping up the Shah.  Drawing cartoons of Mohammed.  The list goes on.

This is Obama's jizya plan to placate our Arab overlords: forgive up to $1 billion in debt Egypt owes the U.S.  Secure $1 billion in loan guarantees for the region from the International Monetary Fund.  Secure more billions from the World Bank and the European Bank for "reconstruction and development" -- the Europeans must pay their fair share of jizya.  Then, of course, throw an ally or two under the bus.  What's a little lost sovereignty and betrayal of allies for some peace of mind?  As Caroline Glick puts it:

Beyond his abandonment of Bahrain and Yemen, in claiming that the US mustn't distinguish between its allies and its foes, Obama made clear that he has renounced the US's right to have and pursue national interests. If you can't favor your allies against your enemies then you cannot defend your national interests. And if you cannot defend your national interests then you renounce your right to have them.

That should mollify our Arab overlords.  Although Obama might have to make another Middle East Apology Tour and show us that cute little curtsy of his.

Over 50 U.S. churches to hold Qur'an readings

More useful idiots, or more precisely, useful dhimmis to Islam.  While these fools are well meaning and truly believe they are "doing good", they are misguided in the extreme and doing great harm by misleading others.  There is no compromise with Islam because Islam has no compromise with anything else.

The ultimate goal of Islam is the domination of all of mankind and all the wishful thinking and desire to love their fellow man by these foolish, foolish people will do nothing to stem the tsunami of Islam that is bearing down on the West.

Islam is, in the final analysis, the embodiment of evil.   There can be no compromise or faltering in opposing it.

“Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil.”
Thomas Mann.

FROM JIHADWATCH.ORG:

Over 50 U.S. churches to hold Qur'an readings

“We want to send a message to the world,” said Tad Stahnke, director of policy and programs for Human Rights First, “that Americans do respect religious differences and reject religious bigotry and the demonization of Islam or any other religion.”

Do the Qur'an readings below constitute demonization of Christianity? Would Tad Stahnke care to explain why not?

Here are some readings that the congregants in the various churches might enjoy:

Christians have forgotten part of the divine revelations they received: "From those, too, who call themselves Christians, We did take a covenant, but they forgot a good part of the message that was sent them: so we estranged them, with enmity and hatred between the one and the other, to the day of judgment. And soon will Allah show them what it is they have done." -- Qur'an 5:14

Jesus is not the Son of God: "O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One Allah. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender." -- Qur'an 4:171

"It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is." -- Qur'an 19:35

Those who believe that Jesus is God's Son are accursed: "The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth! " -- Qur'an 9:30

Jesus was not crucified: "And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger - they slew him not nor crucified him, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain." -- Qur'an 4:157

"Pulpit pals: Christians, Jews, Muslims plan shared worship," by Adelle M. Banks for Religion News Service, May 17 (thanks to Pamela Geller):

Religious and human rights activists are asking U.S. churches to invite Jewish and Muslim clergy to their sanctuaries to read from sacred texts next month in an initiative designed to counter anti-Muslim bigotry.

The June 26 initiative, called “Faith Shared: Uniting in Prayer and Understanding,” is co-sponsored by the Interfaith Alliance and Human Rights First. Leaders of the two Washington-based groups said the event hopes to demonstrate respect for Islam in the wake of Quran burnings in recent months.

“As a Christian minister who is a pastor in a local congregation, it is important to me for our nation and our world to know that not all Christians promote hate, attack religions different from their own and seek to desecrate the scripture of others,” the Rev. Welton Gaddy, president of the Interfaith Alliance, said Tuesday.

More than 50 churches in 26 states already have committed to the initiative, including the Washington National Cathedral.

Tad Stahnke, director of policy and programs for Human Rights First, said he hopes the initiative will draw attention to religious freedom and counter negative stereotypes of Christian leaders making anti-Muslim statements.

“We want to send a message to the world,” he said, “that Americans do respect religious differences and reject religious bigotry and the demonization of Islam or any other religion.”

DHIMMITUDE FOR DUMMIES

Here's an explanation of just what dhimmitude is, how it is seen by Muslims and what it means to those non-Muslims subjected to Sharia law.

FROM THINK-ISRAEL.ORG:

DHIMMITUDE FOR DUMMIES
by Victor Sharpe

Ask one hundred people in the United States what a dhimmi is and perhaps two or three might know. In Western Europe the number would be slightly higher because of latent memories of battles fought against invading Moslem armies over hundreds of years.

In 732, Charles Martel led his Frankish forces at Tours to victory against an Islamic invasion of France, which nearly destroyed Christian Europe. Similarly, Islam was ousted from Spain in 1492 after an occupation of the Iberian Peninsula by the Moslems for hundreds of years. Sadly, the Spanish Christian monarchs, Isabella and Ferdinand, and the Portuguese a few years later, also expelled the Jewish community although the Jews had lived in Spain and Portugal for many centuries and had never posed a threat to either Moslem or Christian sovereignty.
In Italy, Islamic power was brought to an end when the heavy Turkish galleys were defeated by Venetian galleasses at the great naval battle of Lepanto in 1571. And the Moslem Ottoman power, which at its height again threatened all of Western Europe, was barely turned back at the gates of Vienna on 11 September 1683 by a coalition of European armies. Incidentally, could there be a connection between 9.11.1683 and 9.11.2001, or is it just coincidence?

These were four major defeats by Europe of Islamic attempts of conquest and subjugation set against a history of victorious Moslem invasions and conquests that had been the hallmark of Islam since its founding in the seventh century.
But what of the peoples and nations that fell under Islamic occupation? For them the story was one of forced conversions to Islam, slavery, death and the Islamic institution of dhimmitude.

Columbia professors plan to visit Iran to apologize to Ahmadinejad

Dhimmi, dhimmi, dhimmi. The professors better take lots of anal lube.
FROM DHIMMIWATCH:

Columbia professors plan to visit Iran to apologize to Ahmadinejad
This is the kind of story that makes me wish the Dhimmi of the Year voting were still open. From Mehr News Agency (thanks to Morgaan Sinclair):
NEW YORK (MNA) – An academic delegation of Columbia University professors and deans of faculties plans to visit Tehran to officially apologize to Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad.
The delegation plans to express regret for the insulting remarks Columbia University President Lee Bollinger directed at Ahmadinejad on September 24 in his introductory speech, the Mehr News Agency correspondent in New York reported.
Since the incident, the deans and professors from the faculties of history, anthropology, Middle Eastern studies, philosophy, and Islamic studies have criticized Bollinger’s behavior toward Ahmadinejad.
A member of the delegation, who requested anonymity, said the main goal of the visit is to meet the Iranian president and officially apologize to him.

Bomb threat after prayer ends up on CD

DHIMMI, DHIMMI, DHIMMI. We just can't have non-Muslim using anything Islamic without threat of being bombed or beheaded. And we just can't ignore the cretins and tell them to go pound sand. That wouldn't be a good Dhimmi. Every time someone knuckles under to Islamic threats, the Western world is diminished a little bit more.
FROM IOL.CO.ZA:
Bomb threat after prayer ends up on CD
By Janet Smith

Producer Cry Lehlaka only realised the serious error of judgment which DJs Tea and Kay had made on their latest hit house mix when he received a bomb threat.

The sound of the Muslim prayer known as the Ayat-ul-Qursi had "simply appealed" to them, so they had lifted a version of it and used it as part of their new House Therapy compilation.

But it wasn't long before Lehlaka, operations manager at the popular House Therapy production house in Pretoria, was taking calls from Muslim fans furious at the apparent blatant exploitation of a sacred verse.

"There was only one person who threatened me with a bomb," Lehlaka said, "but most people who phoned were angry. We honestly didn't realise how serious the lyrics were, so we immediately promised to take the song off the CD, which is what we have done."

Lehlaka has since been on community radio station Channel Islam to set the record straight, and was scheduled to go on SABC1 last night to emphasise the unbiased position of his production house to Muslim house music fans - and the Muslim community.

"We had gone to see an Islam expert and he explained that we were not supposed to use the prayer in this way," Lehlaka said on Friday. "Now the people have been very understanding and we've removed all the offending lyrics."

The debacle has cost House Therapy dearly, as the company has had to recall hundreds of discs. But it appears both potential legal action - and bombings - have now been averted.

Suraya Dadoo, of the Media Review Network, said: "We accept that they did not realise that this was an important verse from the Qur'an."
