The story of Turkia Awada Mullin and Robert Ficano is a stark example of what happens when vocal, whining Muslims run an entire county in the United States of America. And it isn’t pretty. Corruption, fraud, forgery, lies, self-dealing, blatant conflicts of interest, and large suspicious payouts and wastes of taxpayer money are just some of the consequences. Hey, just like back in the Muslim Mid-East! The video below tells a tiny sliver of the story. Disregard the fact that the video is by Charlie LeDuff, the former New York Times reporter caught in plagiarism scandals at two newspapers where he worked, and whose phony, made-up articles for the Detroit Newsistan bought them a defamation lawsuit which they were forced to admit had merit and had to resolve to the satisfaction of the plaintiff. The stuff in this videotape, below, has already been reported by other sources. LeDuff’s producer just did a good job packaging it.

Over the last month and a half, the biggest news story and scandal in the Detroit area has been the Turkia Awada Mullin story. Ms. Awada Mullin, who until last week was the new chief of Detroit Metro Airport, is a Hezbollah-supporting Shi’ite Muslim (who was born in Lebanon), a fact, no one in the Detroit news media would mention. And, upon taking the job, she got an illicit $200,000 severance payment from Wayne County (the county which encompasses Detroit) for voluntarily quitting her previous job. All of this–the airport job for which she wasn’t qualified and had no airport experience, the ridiculous “severance pay” for leaving a job to get another one, and other perks and lucre she received were the result of strings pulled by Muslim officials and a county leader, County Executive Robert Ficano, who is sleeping with a Christian Palestinian supporter of the P.L.O. and sympathizer with other Islamic terrorist groups, Jumana Judeh.

Kudos to Gary Boisclair, a candidate opposing Muslim Representative Keith Ellison on religious grounds. In this insane PC world, it takes a lot of courage to openly espouse opposing Ellison because he is a Muslim. Boisclair can expect the wrath of CAIR and the leftist MSM to come crashing down oh him for practicing "hate speech"' simply for stating the truth about Islam.

The Republican party should back Boisclair with everything it has in order to break the dhimmitude that pervades the party.

Islamic radicals 'infiltrate' the Labour Party

A Labour minister says his party has been infiltrated by a fundamentalist Muslim group that wants to create an “Islamic social and political order” in Britain.

The Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE) — which believes in jihad and sharia law, and wants to turn Britain and Europe into an Islamic state — has placed sympathisers in elected office and claims, correctly, to be able to achieve “mass mobilisation” of voters.

Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, Jim Fitzpatrick, the Environment Minister, said the IFE had become, in effect, a secret party within Labour and other political parties.

“They are acting almost as an entryist organisation, placing people within the political parties, recruiting members to those political parties, trying to get individuals selected and elected so they can exercise political influence and power, whether it’s at local government level or national level,” he said.

“They are completely at odds with Labour’s programme, with our support for secularism.”

Mr Fitzpatrick, the MP for Poplar and Canning Town, said the IFE had infiltrated and “corrupted” his party in east London in the same way that the far-Left Militant Tendency did in the 1980s. Leaked Labour lists show a 110 per cent rise in party membership in one constituency in two years.

In a six-month investigation by this newspaper and Channel 4’s Dispatches, involving weeks of covert filming by the programme’s reporters:

    * IFE activists boasted to the undercover reporters that they had already “consolidated … a lot of influence and power” over Tower Hamlets, a London borough council with a £1 billion budget.
    * We have established that the group and its allies were awarded more than £10 million of taxpayers’ money, much of it from government funds designed to “prevent violent extremism”.
    * IFE leaders were recorded expressing opposition to democracy, support for sharia law or mocking black people. The IFE organised meetings with extremists, including Taliban allies, a man named by the US government as an “unindicted co-conspirator” in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and a man under investigation by the FBI for his links to the September 11 attacks.
    * Moderate Muslims in London told how the IFE and its allies were enforcing their hardline views on the rest of the local community, curbing behaviour they deemed “un-Islamic”. The owner of a dating agency received a threatening email from an IFE activist, warning her to close it.
    * George Galloway, a London MP, admitted in recordings obtained by this newspaper that his surprise victory in the 2005 election owed more to the IFE “than it would be wise – for them – for me to say, adding that they played a “decisive role” in his triumph at the polls.

The Muslim Brotherhood is the source of this tactic of using Western societies freedoms to infiltrate and subvert the West on Islam's way to global Jihad.  Once again, Muslims cannot be allowed to participate in Western politics because a Muslim's first and only obligation is to impose Sharia law.

The use of national and local politics to further Islam may be the most serious threat to the West, followed closely by the propaganda efforts by the likes of CAIR and the MAS, both the foul offspring of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Islam is a comprehensive system where worship (`ibadah) and legislation (Shari`ah) are merged. The distinction between the secular and religious or spiritual realms is nothing new to Christianity, but is alien to Islam and Muslims. This concept of duality in life can be deemed unacceptable to Muslims. Muslims believe that Allah (swt) is the sole Creator and Sustainer of the Worlds. One Who "…takes account of every single thing (Qur'an 72:28); that He is omnipotent and omniscient; that His mercy and bounties encompasses everyone and suffice for all. In that capacity, Allah (swt) revealed His divine guidance to humanity, made certain things permissible and others prohibited, commanded people to observe His injunctions and to judge according to them. If they do not do so, then they have committed disobedience and transgression.

Keith Ellison should register as an agent of a foreign power, namely Islam.  His blatant protectionism and promotion of Islam is nothing short of treason against The United States.  And where are the liberals who would pillory any Christian who accepted free transportation to a Christian event?  Why the silence on this breech of the separation of church and state? 

Remember that Ellison made a big deal out of swearing allegiance to America on a Koran, which is a logical impossibility, as the Koran recognizes no other authority but Allah.

Ellison is a prime example of just why no Muslim should ever hold elected office in any free, democratic Western society.  As a Muslim he MUST strive for the imposition of Sharia law over all of mankind.  The EU is infested with Muslim politicians and the Europe of not-so-long-ago is a mere shadow of it's former self due to the massive, unregulated influx of Muslims.

Muslims, like ants, are colonizers.  It's built into the DNA of the Koran to overwhelm and subjugate all that is not Islamic.

As I noted last December, when it was first revealed that Ellison's Hajj was paid for by the Muslim American Society:

What does that have to do with Congressman Ellison? Everything. The Muslim American Society paid for his Hajj. And what is the Muslim American Society? The Muslim Brotherhood.

"In recent years, the U.S. Brotherhood operated under the name Muslim American Society, according to documents and interviews. One of the nation's major Islamic groups, it was incorporated in Illinois in 1993 after a contentious debate among Brotherhood members." -- Chicago Tribune, 2004.

Imagine if a conservative Congressman had taken a trip that had been paid for by a Christian group that was, according to one of its own documents, dedicated to "eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house" so that Christian law would replace the U.S. Constitution. I expect we would hear more of an outcry than we are hearing about this.

But in this Star Tribune article, the controversy is all about the cost and Ellison's reporting. No one seems concerned about the nature of the Muslim American Society.

WASHINGTON - After a months-long review by a U.S. House ethics panel, Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., has disclosed the amount of his privately-paid trip to Mecca in December.

The trip, paid for by the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, cost $13,350, Ellison said Thursday.
The two-week trip to Saudi Arabia, which Ellison described as a personal religious pilgrimage, or Hajj, prompted little discussion until June when Ellison filed financial travel reports that failed to disclose the amount the Muslim group had paid for his travel.

In releasing the amount on Thursday, Ellison held to his previous assertion that he was following the instructions of the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, commonly known as the ethics committee.
"I never had a moral objection to giving the number out," said Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress. "But the rules said I didn't have to, so I didn't. Now I am."...  Now that he has been caught that is.

Truth is no defense

What else can we expect from Keith Ellison, what else can Keith Ellison do? He is a Muslim and as such must place Islam above all other considerations, even his sworn duty to his office as a representative in the Congress.

Islam must be recognized for what it is: a fanatical, homicidal totalitarian regime bent on the domination of all humanity.

Truth is no defense: Muslim Congressman expresses "concern and disappointment" with Senator's decision to show Fitna

Congressman Keith Ellison (D-MN), whose recent Hajj was paid for by a Muslim Brotherhood front group, is unhappy that Senator John Kyl (R-AZ) sponsored a showing of Geert Wilders's film Fitna at The Capitol yesterday. Yet he does not, of course, explain how anything in the film is inaccurate. And he cannot, because the film is accurate.

WASHINGTON - February 26 - Congressman Keith Ellison (D-MN) took issue with the screening of a film by the controversial Dutch Parliamentarian, Geert Wilders, in the United States Capitol. The film being screened, "Fitna", is said to compare Islamic terrorism to Nazism. The screening is sponsored by Senator John Kyl (R-AZ).

Yes, Islamic terrorism is much more cuddly than Nazism, eh? Aside from this absurdity there is the nagging problem that neither Ellison nor anyone else who is upset about Fitna ever addresses: the fact that it depicts only the Qur'an and the words of Islamic jihadists themselves. If it is hateful, it is because they are hateful.

"I am a strong an advocate of First Amendment free speech. However, this is not about free speech, but rather an issue of propriety, timing and venue," Ellison said. "Senator Kyl has every right to host anyone he chooses, however it becomes a question of propriety to use the United States Capitol as a venue for the condemnation of an entire religion," Ellison said.

Then it is about free speech after all, isn't it? In the first place, Fitna doesn't condemn "an entire religion," but even if it did, why isn't Senator Kyl free to show such a piece in any venue he chooses?

Mr. Wilders was denied entry by the British government because of his extremist views. A British Home Office spokesman stated: "The government opposes extremism in all its forms." The Dutch government has disavowed Mr. Wilders visit to this country and believes the release of this film "serves no purpose other than to cause offence."

Now if only the Dutch government would say the same thing about the jihadists in the Netherlands.
According to the London Telegraph, Wilders has stated that the Qu'ran should be banned.
This is the most common charge made against Wilders -- that he is inconsistent. Here is a full answer.

Ellison further stated, "At a time when President Obama has said to the Muslim world, ‘We are ready to initiate a new partnership based on mutual respect and mutual interest,' the showing of a film that denigrates the faith of 1.4 billion of the world's citizens does not foster mutual respect or mutual interest.
Then let the Islamic jihadists stop denigrating their own faith by acting in the way the film depicts -- and when has Ellison expressed the same kind of indignation about that as he directs here against Wilders?

Keith Ellison is following in Ibrahim Hooper's footsteps, but he's taking it one step further by attempting to replace the Constitution with Sharia law using the electoral process.

I call this political Jihad. It's the next logical step in the "peaceful" takeover of America by Islam.

WEST CHESTER TWP. - Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., made history last year when he was sworn in as the first Muslim congressman. On Sunday, he urged local Muslims to make history of their own.
"Since I've been in Congress, I've learned a few lessons. Perhaps the most important lesson I've learned is that the Muslim community in America really sees itself as a community that has a lot to offer," Ellison said. Ellison spoke to a couple hundred people during a regional conference at the Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati that dealt with family and community issues. His hour-long speech, "Civic Responsibility: Muslim-American Engagement in the Political Process," combined humor, frustration, empowerment and politics.
"You climbed up the ladder. Are you going to pull it up after you?" Ellison asked those in the crowd who have reached a level of success.
"No," he answered for them. "We have to get busy on these problems."
Ellison said things haven't been easy for Muslims in the post-9/11 world, but he told the crowd they have two choices: They can "get bitter or get better.
"Getting better," he said, is part of an effort to become active and learn what's going on around them.
"I think the beauty is we can change it through the ballot box," he said, advising people to run for office if they want to make a difference.

The Detroit native served two terms in the Minnesota statehouse before entering the national political scene. His decision to be sworn in using a Quran that had been owned by Thomas Jefferson caused a stir in a nation accustomed to politicians taking oaths using a Bible.
In his second year in office, Ellison said he has learned to deal with ignorant comments about his religion. "It's water off my back," Ellison said, shrugging off such comments that he says are far outweighed by positive ones.
This year, Ellison was joined in Congress by Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind., who became the second Muslim elected to Congress when voters elected him to finish his late grandmother's term.
Telling the children in the audience they can become politicians or anything they want to be, Ellison closed with words of encouragement for them: "The sky is the limit for you."
