Judge Rules for Bearded DC Firefighters

Once again, in the interest of “inclusiveness” a member of the judiciary has stepped into an area about which he knows nothing. In addition he has pandered to a "religious" group, giving them special status before the law. I've been trained in proper respirator use and had to shave off my beard to get a job a number of years ago. While I did not like it, the option was to find employment in another area. I just hope when one of these bearded firefighters' beards catches fire, or they are overcome because of a leaking mask, no one else jeopardizes their safety trying to save them. This judges name should be remembered so that anyone injured trying to save a “bearded one” has legal recourse for damages.
