This is the Archbishop of Canterbury. I tried to Photoshop this image to make him look more ridiculous, ignorant and dhimmified than he is, but found that to be impossible. So here he is in all his ignoble "glory", selling out his church, his country and Western civilization to the barbaric hordes of Muslims now over running the West.
