Things are looking good for Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, the grandfather of all Islamist groups. Despite the organization's hegemonic aspirations—which include "eliminating and destroying the Western civilization … so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions"—the Obama administration recently announced that it "welcomes dialogue" with the Brotherhood; so did the European Union. And under Egypt's military regime, the Islamist organization just "became a legal political party for the first time since President Gamal Abdel Nasser banned it more than half-a-century ago."

Militants hang 8-year-old boy in southern Afghanistan

These are the people Obama wants to negotiate with. There is no end to the barbarism or depravity of Islam. Islam can justify any atrocity to further itself. This is what is coming to the West if we do not stop it. All the talk about co-existing with moderate Muslims is delusional. In country after country, Muslims are moving toward a more pure reading of Islam which means a more radical and extremist view. In the long run, the extremists will take over from any moderates.

Militants hang 8-year-old boy in southern Afghanistan

Kabul, Afghanistan (CNN) -- An 8 year-old boy was hanged by militants in Afghanistan's Helmand province after the boy's father -- a police officer in the southern city of Gereshk -- refused to comply with militants' demands to provide them with a police vehicle, officials said.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai condemned the hanging, saying "this action is not permitted in any culture or any religions," according to a statement Sunday, which provided details of the incident.

Karzai said he has ordered local authorities to root out the militants and arrest them "as soon as possible."

The boy was kidnapped Friday. It was unclear when he was killed.

France Kidnapping Was Part of Ritual

A teenage girl, whose kidnapping on Sunday from a park in Privas, in southeast France, riveted the country, was found unharmed on Friday, apparently taken by her fiancé’s family as part of a Chechen premarriage ritual, the police said. The girl, who was not named and who was thought to be 16 or 17, was found by the police in the southwestern Haute-Garonne region with the family of her fiancé, said a spokeswoman for the Privas police. The family said they were simply following an old North Caucasus tradition, like others in the Chechen diaspora. The kidnapping originates as a response by a man when a young woman’s family refuses a marriage. After the abduction and a night spent away from home, the young women is considered “soiled,” and the family would then consent to the union. Religious leaders among the Chechens, who are mostly Muslim, are trying to put an end to the tradition.

I knew it wouldn’t be long before one of the cable networks did a sympathetic whitewash faux-reality show on Muslims in Dearbornistan. In fact, when I first wrote about “Jersey Shore,” which makes Italian-Americans look bad, I noted the double standard. I said that MTV would never do a reality show that shows Muslims in Dearbornistan the way they really are, thuggery, Hezbollah and HAMAS support, et al. And I was right. TLC has been in Dearbornistan filming for its admittedly pro-Muslim “reality” show, “All-American Muslim,” which will debut in December. But the show is a lie and should be called “All-Muslim Barely American.” Or, it might be called “Whitewashing Suehaila Amen.” No, I don’t need to see it to know in advance to know that’s the gist of this show.

That’s because TLC already said that they have an agenda with this show–to make Muslims look like loyal Americans and good, normal people. And yet the star of the show, Suehaila Amen, a devout hijab-wearing Shi’ite Muslim, is an open supporter of Hezbollah and HAMAS. She is an officer of an organization, the Muslim Lebanese American Heritage Club, which sponsored openly anti-Semitic Hezbollah rallies and anti-Israel rallies and was founded by Ali Jawad, a convicted insurance defrauder and known Hezbollah agent who sold smuggled Hezbollah cigarettes at his gas station. She also organized this year’s fundraising banquet for the Michigan Chapter of the extremist CAIR Action Network, which is an unindicted co-conspirator in HAMAS fundraising according to the federal government. Hey, TLC, there’s nothing “All-American” about fundraising for and supporting terrorist groups that murder Americans and other innocent civilians. That’s a Muslim thing.

Incredibly, given her extremist and hateful associations, Amen was paid by Dearbornistan’s Muslim Wal-Mart to put its employees through Muslim sensitivity training. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since that same Wal-Mart admittedly engaged in illegal anti-competitive price-fixing deals with Muslims not to sell Muslim foods cheaper than in Dearbornistan Muslim stores. Don’t expect TLC to delve into any of this. It is counter to the professed propaganda goals of the show. To wit, TLC told the Washington Post that the show will be a “compassionate look at what it’s like to be Muslim in America” and claims that the Muslim community is “misunderstood.” Hardly. If anything it is inappropriately gushed over. TLC goes on to say that,

Each episode offers an intimate look at . . . the misconceptions, conflicts and differences they face outside — and within — their own community. . . . “We will explore how they blend their values and traditions with everyday life in America, providing insight into their culture with care and compassion,” says TLC’s GM Amy Winter.

PUH-LEEZE. Clearly, Amy Winter is a clueless dumbass.

I’ve had several recent interactions with Suehaila Amen, and I know why they picked her. She is attractive, well-spoken, and no dummy. Amen is the court clerk for Dearbornistan Judge Mark Somers, before whom I’ve had some cases. He’s the judge who unconstitutionally put Terry Jones in jail for wanting to exercise his First Amendment rights. Judge Somers has been nothing but fair in my cases, but on the Jones case, you can’t help but wonder if CAIR/Hezbo Amen’s status as his assistant had anything to do with his unconstitutional decision to take away the speech rights of a non-Muslim on behalf of Amen’s many angry Muslim friends who were in the courthouse that day.

Man who had relationship with primary-school girl jailed for 10 years

Several things about this item. First, an immigrant man is jailed for only 10 years for repeatedly raping a eight year old girl, who eventually bore a child as a result. Second, that the man claimed as a defense that it was acceptable in his culture to have sex with a young girl, that culture being Islamic. Third, that the report never mentioned that the man is a Muslim.

One cannot help but think that if he were a Christian man, he would have been jailed for many, many more years. To excuse in part his barbaric behavior because he is a Muslim is an act of dhimmitude and will only send the message that Muslims are exempt from the full weight of the law.

A MAN who claimed it was culturally acceptable for him to have a sexual relationship with a primary-school child who later bore him a son will spend up to 10 years in jail.

The 31-year-old, now classified as a pedophile, had claimed his cultural background meant age was not a relevant factor in choosing a wife or sexual partner, the County Court in Melbourne heard.

But in sentencing the man, who migrated as a refugee from a north-Asian country, Judge Lisa Hannan said his continued sexual relationship with the girl - from the age of eight until she fell pregnant - was repulsive and defied morality.

The court heard the man, who was married to an adult at the time of the offending and already had a child, had an IQ in the bottom 5 per cent for his age group.

"Your conduct is abhorrent to anyone with even a shred of decency or moral compass,'' Judge Hannan said.

"Whether or not it may or might have been acceptable in any culture in any part of the world is irrelevant.''

The court heard the man, who pleaded guilty to charges of persistent sexual abuse of a minor and child stealing, had told authorities in his cultural background "there were no restrictions on age'' for a relationship.

The Greek government will finance the reconstruction of building structures into mosques for the Muslim community in Athens. Estimated to cost less than 15 million, the existing plans for the mosque will serve 500 faithful Muslims.

The building of the former Naval Base in Botanikos has been chosen and once it is renovated and converted, it will operate as an Islamic mosque in Athens. According to the amendment tabled in parliament it will be incorporated in a bill being debated by the Ministry of Environment Energy and Climate Change which governs energy issues.

The Steering Committee of the mosque consists of five Greek government officials and two Muslims from recognized associations in Athens. The Islamic leadership position, often the worship leader of a mosque and the Muslim community will be appointed after approval by the Minister of Education.

Edit, 07/23/2011. While I was wrong in blaming Islam for these atrocities in Norway, the fact remains that 99% of all mass murders and bombings in the past decade are the result of Muslim jihadists. That an Islamic terrorist group claimed responsibility shows the pervasive belief that all such actions are committed by Muslims.

Islam comes to Norway. This is the reward for Multiculturalism and Political Correctness. The more you give Islam, the more it takes, by force eventually. The more Muslims one imports, the more terrorism one imports. While not all Muslims are terrorists, the problem is telling the pious terrorists from "moderate", non-violent Muslims. Further, the Islamic terrorists could not function in Western society without massive support from the "moderate" Muslims. The moderates are just those too afraid to openly wage armed Jihad and content themselves with aiding and abetting the violence from within the Mosques and "community centers".

A BOMBING and a separate shooting in Oslo, which appear to have targeted Norway's prime minister and have left at least 11 people dead, are believed to be linked, police say.

Police say seven people have been confirmed dead following a bomb blast outside prime minister Jens Stoltenberg's office in Oslo.

Acting Police Chief Sveinung Sponheim told broadcaster NRK that investigators suspect today's bombing was linked to a shooting spree that killed four people at the Labor Party's youth camp later in the day by a gunman in a police uniform.

The bomb left seven people dead and another 15 injured, two seriously, police said.

Acting Police Chief Sponheim said: "We can confirm that we have seven dead and two have been seriously injured (in the bombing).''

On the outskirts of the city, four people were killed in the shooting.

"From what I saw, at least four people have been shot and killed,'' Adrian Pracon, a participant at the event, said.

The gunman turned up at the event saying he wanted to ensure security there following the deadly explosion in the Oslo city centre earlier on Friday, TV2 television reported, citing witnesses.

Prime Minister Stoltenberg had at one point been scheduled to attend the event, at a summer camp on Utoeya, an island just outside Oslo.

He was due to give a speech on Saturday morning to the 560 people attending the gathering.

NATO, Britain and the US joined together in condemning the 'barbaric' attacks.

The NATO chief denounced the "heinous'' acts against the alliance member's government and ruling party.

"On behalf of NATO, I condemn in the strongest possible terms the heinous acts of violence in Norway,'' said Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

"Our solidarity with Norway remains steadfast. NATO countries stand united in the battle against these acts of violence.''

Police in Oslo warned people to stay at home.

Idiotic politeness doctrine is killing soldiers

This week, the madness of the counterinsurgency doctrine (COIN), which drives the war in Afghanistan, reached new heights -- or depths -- as revealed by two news stories.

In Great Britain, a former Royal Marine told the Sun newspaper after the inquest into the 2010 death of Sgt. Peter Rayner that soldiers were prevented from opening fire at Taliban fighters in the act of laying IEDs (crude, handmade bombs), so as not to disturb the local population.

So as not to disturb?

In Iowa, a community mourns the death of National Guard soldier Terry L. Pasker, who, along with contractor Paul Protzenko, was killed last week in yet another attack by an Afghan army soldier. DesMoinesRegister.com reports: "The U.S. military considered the area so safe that soldiers didn't wear body armor, so as not to offend the friendly locals."

So as not to offend?

Fear of offending has long been a salient feature of our culture. It's become an expression of a self-deprecating, if not self-loathing, society where the "dead white males" who brought us "Hamlet," the Constitution and the light bulb have become embarrassments for non-Western religion, the very lack of which is deemed offensive.

Since 9/11, however, this psychosis has had a new application -- the ultimate point of my book "The Death of the Grown-Up" (St. Martin's Press, 2007). In today's war zone, fear of giving offense is fatal, as noted above. But it also applies as the foundational precept of "dhimmitude," the twisted state of non-Muslims in thrall to Islam, a condition long observed and documented by the visionary historian Bat Ye'or.

The fear of giving Muslims offense is the most profound acquiescence to Islamic cultural pressures because it is driven, at base, by a conviction that self-preservation as a non-Muslim is itself offensive in a Muslim society. The fact is, Muslim societies across time and continents have forced non-Muslims to pay a tax, the jizya, to remain non-Muslims and have inflicted all manner of humiliations, physical and mental, upon them as a matter of Islamic law, or Shariah, for doing so. Where Islamic law is not officially in effect, Bat Ye'or explains, the de facto state of dhimmitude may still arise and flourish in the habitual appeasement of Islamic sensibilities to forestall the occasional violent eruption or attempt -- the odd 9/11, 7/7 or thwarted Times Square bombing. The net effect of all this appeasement, this dhimmitude, is the creeping -- galloping -- incursions of Islamic law into non-Islamic institutions and societies.

In Afghanistan, the same triggers are in place. We have an infidel army walking on eggs to placate, cajole and bribe an Islamic society into supporting what are, any way you cut them, infidel values and interests against those of the indigenous Islamic jihadist groups. To this end, Western military authorities now specifically ordain that the Quran must be revered (or else violence might ensue). They, in effect, require that Islamic customs on polygamy, on the sexual abuse of children, be tolerated (or else violence might ensue). The Danish cartoons, the Rev. Terry Jones, freedom of speech must be denounced by the highest Western military officials (or else violence might ensue). These capitulations on bedrock Western traditions of speech, conscience and human rights could occur only under a debased leadership, military and civilian.

When the fear of giving offense to the local Islamic community (by shooting Taliban or wearing body armor) trumps self-preservation (by shooting Taliban or wearing body armor), we know the military's dhimmitude is complete.

What I am describing, of course, is the execution of COIN doctrine to win Afghan "trust," also known as "hearts and minds." As Brig. Gen. Steven Kwast put it in 2009: "Victory in this conflict is about winning the hearts and minds of the Afghan people and engendering their trust. When the Afghan people trust us and believe us when we tell them what we're going to do, we will win this overnight."

Tell it to the Easter Bunny. Meanwhile, our troops pay the price and our military is dhimmified. Taking off troops' body armor so as not to offend friendly Afghans?

Are they kidding?

We are seeing in Britain what we will soon be seeing in America if we do not stop the Islamic Tsunami coming our way. Even now in places like Dearborn Mi. Britain's "Islamic Emirates Project"

A Muslim group in the United Kingdom has launched a campaign to turn twelve British cities – including what it calls "Londonistan" – into independent Islamic states. The so-called Islamic Emirates would function as autonomous enclaves ruled by Islamic Sharia law and operate entirely outside British jurisprudence.

The Islamic Emirates Project, launched by the Muslims Against the Crusades group, names the British cities of Birmingham, Bradford, Derby, Dewsbury, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Sheffield, as well as Waltham Forest in northeast London and Tower Hamlets in East London as territories to be targeted for blanket Sharia rule.

The project, which uses the motto "The end of man-made law, and the start of Sharia law," was launched exactly six years after Muslim suicide bombers killed 52 people and injured 800 others in London. A July 7, 2011 announcement posted on the Muslims Against the Crusades website, states:

"In the last 50 years, the United Kingdom has transformed beyond recognition. What was once a predominantly Christian country has now been overwhelmed by a rising Muslim population, which seeks to preserve its Islamic identity, and protect itself from the satanic values of the tyrannical British government.

"There are now over 2.8 million Muslims living in the United Kingdom – which is a staggering 5% of the population – but in truth, it is more than just numbers, indeed the entire infrastructure of Britain is changing; Mosques, Islamic Schools, Shari'ah Courts and Muslim owned businesses, have now become an integral part of the British landscape.

"In light of this glaring fact, Muslims Against Crusades have decided to launch "The Islamic Emirates Project," that will see high profile campaigns launch in Muslim enclaves all over Britain, with the objective to gradually transform Muslim communities into Islamic Emirates operating under Shari'ah law.

Does Pamela Geller Really have to Fight Alone? Sued for $10,000,000 by the Murderous Muslim Parents of the Girl she Saved

It’s almost as if she’s fighting against the jihad alone. Pamela Geller, the face of the resistance in America, is the single most responsible individual for having saved the life of Rifqa Bary, the then 16-year-old Ohio girl who converted to Christianity and had her life threatened by her Muslim father. Now Bary’s parents are suing Geller for defamation in a frivolous $10,000,000 lawsuit that is costing Geller and her pro bono lawyers thousands in travel and court fees. She had to fly to Ohio just this week to be deposed.

Nonetheless — in the midst of the unrelenting legal and media war on Geller and her partner Robert Spencer — there she sat at the airport after the deposition, cross-posting my blog about the Srebrenica fraud, sticking her neck out on an issue that earns lepers a whole new category of leprosy. Recently, it earned her a “Now she’s really done it” by an Atlantic Monthly writer and others.

As Geller relates in the video below, a week after Bary became headline news in 2009, a Florida girl named Fatima Abdallah was dead. More stunning, the very day that a Florida judge ordered Rifqa Bary back to her would-be murderous parents, a Tampa medical examiner ruled the death of the successfully honor-killed Fatima an “accidental suicide.” In other words, this politically sensitive case (because it was an honor killing) was doubly sensitive at the time, since the government was trying to send another young girl to the same fate — and didn’t want a boon to the side trying to save her.

Despite her legal hassles, Geller does not regret saving Rifqa’s life. But she needs help with her legal fund:

Posting will be light, as I am en route to Ohio to be deposed in the $10,000,000 lawfare lawsuit filed against me by Rifqa Bary’s parents’ lawyer. The jihad continues, but in case there is any doubt in anyone’s mind, I would do it all again the same exact way in a heartbeat, despite the cost, the hassle, and the burden of this frivolous lawsuit. We saved that girl’s life.

The legal expenses are in the mid-six figures. Robert Muise of The Thomas More Law Center and David Yerushalmi have been righteous. No one could handle this alone. They are representing me pro bono, and despite this, there are mounting out-of-pocket costs.

It's no coincidence that some of the most explosive Taliban violence coincides with the first phase of withdrawal from Afghanistan. The successful attacks on top Afghan officials are about more than just Taliban boldness and their need to establish credit for driving us out, but also about changing loyalties.

Obama has made it clear that Karzai has no future, and that means that a growing realignment is happening in Afghanistan. With two sides to choose from, one that is on the way out, and one that is on the way in, a new tide of support is flowing away from the American backed government and to the Taliban.

Much the same thing happened in the early days when the Allied assault smashed the Taliban and made it clear that they had no future. As the war dragged on, warlords and tribal leaders changed sides, and collected money and weapons from both sides. Now that we are preparing to leave, they are going to be lining up on the winning side.

Afghanistan is the Muslim world at its most elementally tribal with fewer of the mock civilized interfaces between the Westerner and the ragged edge of the frontier than are found in Pakistan or the Middle East.

The Taliban took power there in the same way that Mohammed once did in the Arabian desert, by packing together ruthless brutality and a fanatical religious ideology. Their coalition was based on naked power and terror. Ours was based on foreign aid, elections and soldiers digging wells. It's not that we never had a shot, but that we were trying to impose order on what is really a permanent state of chaos.

Even before the choppers have begun taking off, the chaos is reclaiming the land. The Islamists will return, celebrate their victory, and fall into another civil war. Without foreign troops there to target, they will not be able to count on the same level of aid from the Muslim world. Which will move the clock back to before the American invasion.

Kabul will hold out for a while, but eventually it will fall, and all the NGO's, the girls we taught to read, the elections and the laws will all go back under the Burqa. A counter-Taliban force will remain and the fighting will continue. Though the new conflict will now extend into Pakistan.

Karzai is not a dead man yet. If he survives every betrayal that comes his way, he may still hold out for years. And American advisers and arms shipments may still keep flowing his way. More likely we will try to replace him, and even more likely we will fail. The story will play out the same way that it did in Vietnam and the Russian occupation of Afghanistan. Not because it was foretold, but because we lost sight of what the mission was.

The same mission creep took hold in Afghanistan and Iraq, that has taken hold in most of our wars. We stopped fighting to destroy an enemy and began trying to win the hearts and minds of the population. No longer as a means, but as an end.

Anti-American activities: Congress needs a Cold War-style effort to root out civilizational jihad

It is not exactly news that the Obama presidency is determined to go to unprecedented lengths to mollify, appease and otherwise pander to what it calls the "Muslim world." But the question has begun to occur: At what point do these efforts cross the line from a misbegotten policy to one that is downright anti-American - hostile to our values, incompatible with our vital interests and at odds with our Constitution?

The evidence is rapidly accumulating that we have reached that point. Our representatives in Congress must have the courage to rediscover a lost vocabulary, one that is conscious of the fact that subversion of our counterterror institutions - and indeed, our very understanding of the threat we face - is a goal of our enemy in the War on Terror. The danger entailed cries out for congressional oversight and corrective action.

What is needed is a new select committee modeled after the much-vilified, but ultimately vindicated, House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC). This vindication is comprehensively documented in Yale University Press' groundbreaking "Venona: Decoding Soviet Espionage in America," by John Earl Haynes and Harvey Klehr, and expanded in M. Stanton Evans' 2009 "Blacklisted by History: The Untold Story of Senator Joe McCarthy and His Fight Against America's Enemies." Members of Congress and their staff can only benefit from reading these studies to have a better understanding of the history of their own institution. Such a panel needs a mandate to investigate in particular the extent to which the Obama administration's anti-American activities reflect the success of the toxic Muslim Brotherhood in penetrating and subverting U.S. government agencies and civil institutions.

Consider a few examples of what appear to be such successes:

• On June 30, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton declared that the Obama administration will "welcome … dialogue with those Muslim Brotherhood members who wish to talk with us."

• As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy has observed, Eric H. Holder Jr.'s Justice Department appears to have basically stopped prosecuting alleged material support for terrorism. That was certainly the practical effect when it blocked prosecutors from bringing charges against Muslim Brotherhood fronts listed as unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation money-laundering case.

Such dereliction of duty would seem to be the practical upshot of President Obama's much-ballyhooed "Muslim outreach" speech in Cairo in the spring of 2009 when he pledged to eliminate impediments to zakat (Islamic tithing). Mr. McCarthy has noted that the only impediment to such tithing is the prohibition against the sort of material support to terror that is commanded by the Islamic political-military-legal doctrine known as Shariah, which requires one-eighth of zakat to underwrite jihad.

Islam fosters cultural, political, and economic stagnation because individualism is an anathema to it. An absence of freedom of speech inculcates minds that lack any measure of intellectual vigor in any realm of human action, whether in politics, science, or art.

Two recent, contrasting analyses of Islam – or rather, of the Islamic “mindset” that governs the behavior of Muslims – help to identify the problem with the ideology. One is “Why Muslim cultures lag behind,” by “Anti-Jihadist” on Robert Spencer’s Jihad Watch. The second is by Daniel Greenfield on Sultan Knish, “Will Islam Destroy Itself?” Both articles discuss what can be described as Islam’s state of stasis, or moral, political, and cultural stagnation. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary best indicates the phenomenon:

Stasis: a: a state of static balance or equilibrium; stagnation b: a state or period of stability during which little or no evolutionary change in a lineage occurs.


That Islam fosters stagnation in its adherents’ cultures is an observable given. Islam has not changed in any fundamental respect since its founding in the 7th century. It has simply been refined in its details and interpreted to govern all human action, regardless of race, region, or nation. Christianity and Judaism underwent changes that made them tolerant of secular, exo-religious values, such as freedom of speech. Men who saw no value in stagnation, who wished to exercise their minds and be free to act, waged a long and bloody conflict with religious and political authority in the West, and won. If the Church claimed it ruled men to save their immortal souls, men replied that their souls were not the Church’s to save.

Islam cannot cede such an argument. There are no doctrinaire loopholes in the system. It is all-encompassing, and allows no exceptions to its rule. To be “saved” by Islam is to submit to it without reason and in every particular. Your “soul” is Allah’s to save or to condemn.

Jihad Watch’s article lists several attributes prevalent in technologically and economically advanced Western and Westernized nations (the latter including India and Japan), but which are largely absent in any given islamic culture: an absence of personal responsibility, of innovation, of “devotion” to any idea or organization beyond family, tribe or clan, of equality of women and men in terms of politics and economics, of skilled labor, and of a “meritocracy.” Included in the list are a belief in magic and an obsession with conspiracies (against tribes, against Islam, and so on), but these will not be discussed here.

US drones target white jihadis

ISLAMABAD - The July 5 killing of yet another white jihadi commander in an American drone strike in the North Waziristan tribal agency of Pakistan - an Australian national this time - has given credence to earlier reports by Western intelligence agencies that the Pakistan-based al-Qaeda network is recruiting Western Muslim converts to widen the pool of potential terrorists beyond traditional Asian and Middle Eastern radicals who could foil racial profiling and carry out terrorist attacks in the West.

According to Pakistani media reports, the white jihadi killed by two missiles fired by a drone at around 11 pm on July 5 in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan has been identified as Saifullah, who used to serve as a key aide to Osama bin Laden and had been working in tandem with al-Qaeda's chief military strategist, commander Ilyas Kashmiri, who has been reported as killed in a drone attack on June 3.

Saifullah, 50 years old, has been described as a middle-ranking al-Qaeda leader, though little more is known about him. The deadly strike actually targeted a guesthouse and also killed five other militants. The Mir Ali area, where Saifullah was killed, is in the sphere of influence of Abu Kasha al-Iraqi, an al-Qaeda leader who serves as a key link to the Taliban and supports the external operations network of al-Qaeda, now led by Dr Ayman al-Zawahiri.

Pakistani Taliban leader Hafiz Gul Bahadar, who is still considered by the Pakistani establishment as a "good Taliban", and the Haqqani network led by Jalaluddin Haqqani's elder son Sirajuddin Haqqani, also operate in Mir Ali, a known hub for al-Qaeda's military and external operational councils.

An increasing number of Westerners have traveled to the Pakistani tribal areas in recent years to join the so-called jihad that al-Qaeda is waging against US-led allied forces in Afghanistan. Among the Westerners are Americans, Britons, Germans, French and Australians.

2010 a terrible year for Iraq’s Christians

Christians throughout the Middle East are experiencing some of the worst oppression seen in hundreds of years. Christians are being harassed, beaten, their holes and churches destroyed and they are being murdered without any protection from what passes for governments in that region. The "Arab Spring" has fast become an excuse and cover for increased persecution of Christians.

Here's an idea. Instead of spending millions of dollars bringing Arab Muslim refugees from the ME, how about bringing only Christian refugees and allowing the Muslims to sort out their barbaric infighting on their own?

For that matter perhaps it should be national policy to expedite bringing Christians, Buddhists and Hindus from any area they are being persecuted by Muslims.

The West would be much better off with Christian, Buddhist and Hindu refugees than any Muslim refugees. Only Muslims bring a 7th century "religion" that preaches hatred and the destruction of anything not of itself.

This article is but one small example of Christian persecution by Muslims. Nigeria is presently undergoing a similar genocide of Christians by Muslims. Christian and other non-Muslims are at risk anywhere throughout Africa there is a large minority of Muslims.

The human rights organization "Hammurabi" registers 92 killed and 47 wounded. Over the past seven years, Christian victims number 822, 629 of those killed because they belonged to the Christian minority. Benedict XVI's exhortation not to leave the country, and the signs of vitality of the Christian community.

Baghdad (AsiaNews) - The year 2010 was the worst year to date for the Christian community in Iraq, it has been revealed by the organization for human rights in Iraq, Hammurabi. Many Christians were forced to leave the country in fear of killings and violence of all kinds. The death toll among Christians over the past seven years, according to Hammurabi exceeds 822 people. 629 of them were murdered for being part of the Christian minority. Others were involved in 126 attacks of various kinds and many others have been victims of military operations undertaken by U.S. and Iraqi forces. 13% of victims are women. Among the Christian victims of 2010 there are 33 children, 25 elderly and 14 religious. In 2010 Hammurabi recorded 92 cases of Christians killed and 47 wounded, 68 in Baghdad, 23 in Mosul and one in Erbil.

The director of Hammurabi, named after the Code of Hammurabi, one of the oldest known collections of laws in human history, William Warda, said that constant monitoring and documentation show that all the Christian Churches in Iraq - Chaldeans, Assyrians, Syrians, Armenians - have suffered heavy losses in the number of their faithful, all over the country. The decline is particularly strong in Baghdad and Mosul, where Christians are concentrated in greater numbers. Warda said that in one year there were more than 90 Christians killed and 280 wounded, and two churches have been the target of attacks in Baghdad. According to UNICEF, between 2008 and 2010 more than 900 children have been killed in Iraq, and 3200 injured. Children represent the 8 .1% of the victims of attacks in Iraq, where there are an increasing number of attacks against schools and educators.

Although violence is still taking its toll on the Iraqi Christian community there are also strong signs of vitality. On 4 July the head of the Chaldean community, Patriarch Emmanuel Delly III, visited the highest Shiite religious authority of Iraq, Ali al-Sistani, and stressed that it was "a fraternal visit to reaffirm the unity of Iraq and of Iraqis, Muslims and Christians. " Last week in Kirkuk, north of Baghdad, the first church built after the 2003 invasion of Iraq was inaugurated, on land donated by the Iraqi government with the support of President Jalal Talabani, and funded by donations from Iraqi Christians (IRAQ, New ‘Three Fountains Church’ near Kirkuk, a sign of hope).

There are also rumours, almost impossible to verify, of a possible visit by Benedict XVI to the historic city of Ur of the Chaldeens, in southern Iraq. A similar trip planned by John Paul II for the Jubilee of 2000 was called off for security reasons. Benedict XVI has repeatedly urged the Christians of the Middle East and Iraq in particular not to leave their homelands.

Man lashed 40 times during home attack

Just speculation of course, but Id say all the parties involved are Muslims. Four Muslim assailants meting out Islamic "justice" to a wayward Muslim. Of course, the victim is un-named and not described in any way. Wouldn't want to infer in any way that the Muslim community is running a parallel society in the midst of Australia. Burying it's collective Politically Correct head in the sand so as not to offend or rile up the Muslims is the easiest way out. For now.

Man lashed 40 times during home attack

A man has been lashed 40 times with a cable after he woke to find four bearded men in his bedroom in Sydney's west.

The 31-year-old man was asleep in his Menton Street apartment in Silverwater when he woke to find four unknown men in his bedroom about 1am (AEST) on Sunday.

Three of the intruders allegedly restrained him on the bed, while the fourth used a cable to lash him 40 times.

The attack lasted about 30 minutes, police said.

The four men then left the flat.

Specialist forensic officers are examining the flat for evidence and detectives are calling for help to identify the men.

The man who allegedly carried out the lashing has been described as being between 40 to 50 years of age, of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean appearance, 175cm tall with a solid build.

He has a beard and was wearing a T-shirt and track pants at the time of the incident.

The three other men have been described as being aged in their late teens or early 20s, of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean appearance, and 175cm to 180cm tall.

They also have beards.

Gee, this means a whopping 27% don't want, or are neutral on the extermination of the Jews. I'm sure Obama and the other Western apologist leaders are fine with this. After all, they'll quote the 27% as proof that the "Palestinians" want peace with Israel.

Only 73% of Palestinians Want Jews Annihilated (as Per Islam's Canonical Hadith)

Data have just been released from a survey completed this week which confirm the implacable, murderous irredentism of Israel's Palestinian Muslim "peace partners."

American pollster Stanley Greenberg performed what is described as an "intensive, face-to-face survey in Arabic of 1,010 Palestinian adults in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip."

Here are the salient, pathognomonic findings:

First, a mere 73% of the Palestinians surveyed agree with the annihilationist dictates of this canonical hadith (the words and deeds of Islam's prophet Muhammad which have a weight often equal to the Koran), quoted in the Hamas Covenant.

As characterized in the hadith, Muslim eschatology -- end of times theology -- highlights the Jews' supreme hostility to Islam. Jews are described as adherents of the Dajjâl -- the Muslim equivalent of the Anti-Christ -- or according to another tradition, the Dajjâl is himself Jewish. At his appearance, other traditions maintain that the Dajjâl will be accompanied by 70,000 Jews from Isfahan, or Jerusalem, wrapped in their robes, and armed with polished sabers, their heads covered with a sort of veil. When the Dajjâl is defeated, his Jewish companions will be slaughtered -- everything will deliver them up except for the so-called gharkad tree, as per the canonical hadith (Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 6985) included in the 1988 Hamas Covenant (in article 7). The hadith-- which ¾ of those surveyed agree should be acted upon -- is cited in the Covenant as a sacralized, obligatory call for a Muslim genocide of the Jews:

...the Islamic Resistance Movement aspires to realize the promise of Allah, no matter how long it takes. The Prophet, Allah's prayer and peace be upon him, says: "The hour of judgment shall not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them, so that the Jews hide behind trees and stones, and each tree and stone will say: 'Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him,' except for the Gharqad tree, for it is the tree of the Jews." (Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 6985)

Second, 80% agreed with the quoted sentiments expressed article 15 of the Hamas Covenant (subtitled, "Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine is a Personal Duty") which elucidates classical jihadist theory -- including jihad martyrdom (i.e., homicide bombing) operations -- as well as its practical modern application to the destruction of Israel by jihad, and the need to recruit the entire global Muslim community, or "umma" in this quintessential Islamic cause:

The day the enemies conquer some part of the Muslim land, jihad becomes a personal duty of every Muslim. In the face of the Jewish occupation of Palestine, it is necessary to raise the banner of jihad. This requires the propagation of Islamic consciousness among the masses, locally [in Palestine], in the Arab world and in the Islamic world. It is necessary to instill the spirit of jihad in the nation, engage the enemies and join the ranks of the jihad fighters. The indoctrination campaign must involve ulama, educators, teachers and information and media experts, as well as all intellectuals, especially the young people and the sheikhs of Islamic movements...

It is necessary to establish in the minds of all the Muslim generations that the Palestinian issue is a religious issue, and that it must be dealt with as such, for [Palestine] contains Islamic holy places, [namely] the Al-Aqsa mosque, which is inseparably connected, for as long as heaven and earth shall endure, to the holy mosque of Mecca through the Prophet's nocturnal journey [from the mosque of Mecca to the Al-Aqsa mosque] and through his ascension to heaven thence. "Being stationed on the frontier for the sake of Allah for one day is better than this [entire] world and everything in it; and the place taken up in paradise by the [horseman's] whip of any one of you [jihad fighters] is better than this [entire] world and everything in it. Every evening [operation] and morning [operation] performed by Muslims for the sake of Allah is better than this [entire] world and everything in it." (Recorded in the Hadith collections of Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi and Ibn Maja). "By the name of Him who holds Muhammad's soul in His hand, I wish to launch an attack for the sake of Allah and be killed and attack again and be killed and attack again and be killed." (Recorded in the Hadith collections of Bukhari and Muslim)

Third, 72% backed denying the thousands of years of Jewish history in Jerusalem.

Fourth, 62% supported kidnapping IDF soldiers and holding them hostage

Fifth, 53% were in favor or teaching songs about hating Jews in Palestinian schools.

Even the findings which delusive "peace processors" obsess over contained no silver linings. When respondents were queried about President Barack Obama's statement that "there should be two states: Palestine as the homeland for the Palestinian people and Israel as the homeland for the Jewish people,", only 34% said they accepted that idea, while 61% rejected it. And 66% admitted that the Palestinians' real goal should be to start with a two-state solution but then move to it all being one Palestinian state, i.e., destroy Israel as a Jewish State.

‘You Are Entering a Shariah Controlled Zone’: UK Group to Wage Islamic Law Campaign

Islam is making major inroads into British society with ever increasing rapidity. Unless the people of Great Britain take a stand now, and stop the influx of Muslims and deport all who plot against freedom, the island will fall to Sharia in the near future.

‘You Are Entering a Shariah Controlled Zone’: UK Group to Wage Islamic Law Campaign

“Muslims Against Crusades” (MAC), an Islamic group based in the United Kingdom, plans to wage a propaganda campaign to make a portion of London accept Sharia law. They are calling it the “Islamic Emirates Project,” and it is designed to create beachheads for sharia across the UK.

The MAC group is specifically encouraging Muslims, who comprise 15% of Waltham Forest in northeast London, to enforce Islamic legal codes banning alcohol, gambling, drugs, smoking, pornography, prostitution and music concerts in their borough. MAC released a statement this week that said:

“As part of our Islamic Emirate Project, Waltham Forest is to be the first borough to be targeted for an intense shari’a led campaign, introducing the prospect of Islamic law for the Muslim community to abide by.”

The MAC intends to convince Muslims in Waltham to self-enforce Sharia at first, and later to set up an ‘emirate’- an Islamic statelet with Sharia law replacing British legal codes.

Here is a video of the MAC, on Britain’s Remembrance Day (their equivalent of Memorial Day) screaming ‘British soldiers go to hell.’

According to CNS News, the MAC group has released its blueprint for the ‘emirates campaign’ to the public, including the following rules for Muslims to follow:

- reject democracy
- not have non-Muslim friends
- not celebrate non-Muslim festivals including Christmas and Easter
- not join the police or armed forces
- not vote for lawmakers, or stand for election
- demand the release of “all Muslim prisoners in the hands of the disbelievers”
- reject integration with non-Islamic society
- abide by shari’a and not any “man-made law”

The MAC appears to be affiliated with professional Islamist provocateur Anjem Choudary- formerly of al-Mujaharoun and various other radical Muslim groups. Choudary is a known associate of Omar Bakri Mohammed, who was leader of al-Mujaharoun until he was kicked out of the UK permanently for his proclamations supporting Jihad.

Internal US Police Document: Hezbollah in Mexico Working With Drug Cartels

The ties between Leftists, international organised crime and Islamic terrorism persists. And for Americans – with Hezbollah in Mexico working with drug cartels – it’s now far closer to home than perhaps they ever thought:

Islamic terrorist groups are setting up shop in Mexico and forming alarming ties with the country’s brutal drug cartels, according to a 2010 internal memo from the Tucson Police Department.

The memo, leaked by the hacker group LulzSec as part of its Arizona Department of Public Safety hack, warns that Hezbollah has established operations — and a large arms stockpile — in Mexico.

As evidence, it points to the 2010 Tijuana arrest of Hezbollah militant Jameel Nasr, who was allegedly tasked with establishing a Hezbollah network in Mexico and South America. The memo also recalls the April 2009 arrest of Jamal Yousef in New York, which exposed a huge cache of assault rifles, hand grenades, explosives and anti-tank munitions.

According to Yousef, the weapons were stored in Mexico after being smuggled from Iraq by members of Hezbollah.

The memo warns that consequences of partnerships between Hezbollah and Mexico’s drug partnerships could be disastrous for Mexico’s drug war, given Hezbollah’s advanced weapons capabilities — specifically their expertise with improvised explosive devices (IEDs). It notes that some Mexican criminal organizations have started using small IEDs and car bombs, a marked change in tactics that indicates a relationship with Islamic militants.

Partnerships between Mexican organized crime and Islamic militants are mutually beneficial — and therefore terrifying. The cartels are able to gain smuggling and weapons expertise, as well as access to cheap heroin from Afghanistan and Iran. The terrorists benefit from Mexico’s drug war lawlessness and its porous border with their primary target: The United States.

Hezbollah in Mexico is the tip of the iceberg. We warned over a year ago that Barack Obama’s administration was helping facilitate Islamic terrorist infiltration via the Mexican border. Its stance, essentially to to uphold the rights of Mexican illegal immigrants at the expense of those of its own citizens, has produced a border area that looks more like a lawless third-world state every day – and it is the job of authorities like those in put-upon Arizona to hold the line.

Wherever there is Islamism, the drugs business is never far behind. This trade goes the other way too, with Islamic groups also facilitating cocaine smuggling to Europe via South America.

Additionally, there are political links between Latin America and the Jihad that we have pointed out in the past – particularly in left-wing-strongholds such as Hugo Chavez’ Venezuela – the long-established Leftist/Islam axis at work again.

So, with Hezbollah in Mexico, when your government tells you that it is doing all it can to protect you from illegal immigration and the drugs trade – do all the Arizona police wishes to be able to do do – ‘trust but verify’; and insist on seeing its papers.

It’s time for another edition of Your Day in “Religion of Peace” Peacefulness. Yesterday, yet another “moderate” Muslim “American of Dearbornistan shot his fellow Muslim in a dispute over a pick-up basketball game. Can you say, “Al-Ghetto?” Yup, this is Hezbollah’s American Ghetto. It’s yet another example of how American culture does NOT moderate them. They just incorporate it into their savage way of life. That’s why I call ‘em Hip-Hop-bollah.

Local TV reports say that 23-year-old Hassan Zeidan was shot multiple times by a 35-year-old fellow Muslim who ran to his car and shot Zeidan in the back, as Zeidan was walking away. Then, he shot him in the face and several other places. Zeidan is now dead. And this is what one would call Darwin’s work. They kill each other over basketball, and yet we are supposed to believe they are “peaceful,” “moderate,” and completely unlike the 1.8 billion others who “hijack’ their religion to blow up 3,000 Americans, go on murder sprees at Fort Hood, and try to blow up Times Square and an airplane with underwear bombs. It’s funny how morons repeatedly tell us these “moderate,” “American” Muslims are so much different than their fellow co-religionists around the world. And yet, when it comes down to it, they settle their disputes the same way in Dearborn as they do in Beirut, Bint Jbeil, and Baghdad.

You should note the location of yesterday’s murder, the Riverside Academy West. It’s a tax-funded charter school that apparently used to be the American Islamic Academy and is probably still illegally teaching Islam on the taxpayer dime–your dime.

The shooting happened right near the Islamic Instituted of Knowledge, the mosque of Imam Husham Al-Hussainy, an open Hezbollah supporter who federal agents told me makes frequent trips to his patrons in Iran via Great Britain. And as I’ve previously noted, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents watched as Hussainy’s mosque was a weekly drop off and pick up site for a multi-million dollar Islamic money laundering ring which sends more than $20 million to Kuwait every month. But their boss, Michigan/Ohio ICE Special Agent in Charge Brian Moskowitz a/k/a “Abu Moskowitz” put the kabosh in the investigation despite knowing that the money was transferred to Islamic terrorists. It appears Al-Hussainy is the conduit for Iranian money to the anti-Israel New York rabbis in the Neturei Karta.

Also of note is that when the shooting murder between Muslims happened yesterday, Al-Hussainy claims he was lecturing youth at his mosque to avoid violence and conflict, as they commemorated the anniversary of the stabbing of Mohammad Abboud. But Abboud deserved to die. As I told you, he died after he set up and tried to kill Alex Yono, a Christian Arab whose “crime” was talking to a Muslim girl at a birthday party. Yono stabbed him in self-defense and lived, after fighting off Abboud and ten of his fellow violent Muslim (repetitive phrase) friends. It’s funny how Al-Hussainy claims to be “against violence and conflict” and yet is proudly sponsored by Iran, praises Hezbollah and HAMAS, and otherwise engages in hypocrisy, like the terrorist money laundering scheme ICE agents say his mosque is involved in.

Regardless, this is how Muslims treat other Muslims. They shoot each other in the back over a pick-up basketball game. Think they’ll treat you any better?

(AINA) -- The number of Christian girls abducted and coerced into converting to Islam since the Egyptian "January 25 Revolution" has skyrocketed, according to Father Filopateer Gamil of St. Mary's Church in Giza. "More than two to three girls disappear everyday in Giza alone," he said. "The cases that are brought to public attention are few compared to what the numbers actually are."

Many Christians blame the military council for not intervening to put an end to this problem, which has escalated after the Revolution because of the "emergence of Muslim Salafists," says activist Mark Ebeid, "who believe strongly that converting a Christian Infidel is in some ways like earning a ticket to paradise -- not to mention the earthly remuneration they get from the Saudis."

Jackline Ibrahim Fakhry, 17, disappeared from a town on the outskirts of Cairo, prompting her parents to stage a sit-in until her appearance. They accused 31-year old Muslim Shokry Abdel-Fatah, who used to take lessons with her mother (a teacher) of kidnapping her. After she returned, Shokry said in a television interview that he has loved her since she was nine years old. He brought her to Alexandria where she met many sheikhs to convert, but she refused.

Nancy (14) and her cousin Christine (16) Fathy disappeared from their town in Upper Egypt. Their parents staged a sit-in in Minya until their children surfaced and accused two Muslim brothers, in their late twenties, of being behind their disappearance. The two teens appeared in Cairo, wearing burkas and claiming they had converted to Islam, which is illegal before the age of 18. Instead of being handed over to their parents, they are now in a state care home pending investigations and until they and their parents have reconciled. The two men accused of their abduction have been discharged by the court (AINA 7-4-2011).

This issue has been ongoing for over four decades. Coptic Pope Shenouda III warned against this phenomenon back in 1976, saying "There is a practice to convert Coptic girls to embrace Islam and marry them under terror to Muslim husbands."

An overprotective mom's trip from Nashville to Baltimore took a brief detour to the slammer.

Andrea Fornella Abbott, 41, was arrested at Nashville airport after she went wild on Transportation Security Administration agents for trying to give her daughter a pat down search.

Nashville police said Abbot, from Clarksville, Tenn., shouted and swore at TSA agents, saying she didn't want her young daughter to have her "crotch grabbed."

The trouble started on Saturday after Abbott refused to go through the airports body scanning device, The Tennessean reported.

"(Abbott) told me in a very stern voice with quite a bit of attitude that they were not going through that X-ray," security officer Sabrina Birge told police.

Birge said she told Abbott that the machine was "not an X-ray" and "10,000 times" safer than her cell phone.

"I still don't want someone to see our bodies naked," Abbott fumed, according to police.

After Abbott refused to cool her heels - she allegedly attempted to try to shoot video of the agents with her cell phone - cops cuffed her and hauled her off to jail.

She was released on bond on Saturday night. Cops didn't release her daughter's name or age.

Last month, the head of the TSA ordered agents to avoid giving children pat down searches.

Islam is such a unique, unprecedented peril that one ignores it at one’s own peril.

For me, most science fiction stories have a credibility problem. But the one branch of it whose premise I have always rejected is that alien life could be both malevolent and technologically advanced enough to embark on interstellar conquests. Films such as Predator and Independence Day – just two of the more popular instances of the genre among many – portray aliens stalking man as a species of game or subjugating or extinguishing him. The premise that projects the possibility of these creatures is that a preeminently hostile, anti-life-form could somehow apply reason to create spaceships and sophisticated weaponry.

However, life-forms so malevolent would never rise from the rank swamps that bred them to go zipping around star systems and blasting planets to atoms. Malevolence is not a progenitor of innovation or creation. It is fundamentally a parasite and can thrive only on a passive or willing host. Reason is not an attribute or a handmaiden of evil. Evil in fact can only exploit the products of reason, but never originate them. Evil men or evil aliens may exhibit intelligence, but not reason. They can exploit what reason has caused to exist, but never bring it into existence

A breast-feeding mother has been ordered out of council offices after staff said it would 'cause an uproar' among Muslim visitors, it has been claimed.

Emma Mitchell, 32, was about to feed her 19-week-old son, Aaron, when a receptionist at Oldham Civic Centre told her it was a 'multicultural building'.

When she was told to use the toilets of a nearby shopping centre she argued with a manager before being offered an empty room under supervision.

Ms Mitchell, a carer who is currently on maternity leave, said: 'It was just awful. I felt humiliated, intimidated and guilty through the whole thing.

'We all live in Oldham and we all use this building, and I was doing what was one of the most natural things a mum can do.

'If someone from another culture started praying in the waiting room, I wouldn't say, "Excuse me, you're offending me" I would respect it because it's their culture.

'So I shouldn't be made to feel what I wanted to do was wrong just because it's not in their culture.

Ms Mitchell was visiting the Citizens' Advice Bureau at the council's headquarters and was using computers there to find a babysitter.

Baby Aaron started crying for food when she asked the receptionist if she could use an empty corner of the room to breastfeed.

'She said "Oh no, we don't allow that in here. We've had that many complaints that we don't allow it."

'I told her my son was hungry and I didn't want to have to go away and come back.'

According to Ms Mitchell a manager then said 'You absolutely can't do that here'

With young Aaron still crying a member of the complaints department was also called and she told her to wait while she spoke to the receptionist.

Eventually the woman from the complaints team took her to a small room and stood waiting with her, but Ms Mitchell said she could not carry on and had to finish feeding him in her car.

She added: 'It's political correctness gone mad when they're worried about offending people of other cultures over something so natural.'

Labour Councillor Shoab Akhtar said Oldham Council supports the right of mothers to breastfeed their children and actively supports it due to the long-term health benefits it provides.

But he added: 'Unfortunately there are no breast-feeding facilities available at Access Oldham based at the Civic Centre nor are there any public toilets or baby changing facilities.

'There is no requirement to provide such facilities at Access Oldham and we are committed to make the best use of the limited space that is available to provide facilities and meeting rooms where we can deal with issues that affect local residents quickly and effectively.

'Not every building is suitable for breast-feeding and that is the case with the very busy, open-plan layout of Access Oldham.'

Ms Mtichell added: 'You wouldn't eat your dinner in the toilets, so why should my son?'

Few people are concerned about Islam because it is a five letter word or foreign. They are concerned about it, because it has a habit of murdering their kind of people. The kind who don't attend mosques, wear veils or bow to a desert deity who commanded his followers to subjugate all infidels. The proper term for this concern is Murderphobia.

Some people riding on a bus are concerned that Muslims will follow their habit of detonating buses in the name of Allah. That the masked and hooded lady is concealing a bomb belt under her portable black tent. This condition is known as Bombphobia.

When boarding a plane, many worry that a Quran bearer will be flying the friendly skies with them and will attempt to hijack the plane and steer it toward the nearest large building full of non-Muslims. This is known as Boxcutterphobia.

Some women worry about being sexually assaulted by a member of a religion which says that those of another gender who do not wear the veil are free for the taking. This is called IslamoRapephobia.

And some parents are concerned about their children being exploited in sex rings by a religion, which cannot be named, yet which consider infidel girls to be fair prey. And whose prophet married and raped a child. This is called IslamoPedoPhobia.

Many cartoons are concerned that if they depict the Prophet of the Religion of Peace (Pigs Be Upon Him) that they will then have to go into hiding and run for their lives. This is known as CartoonPhobia.

Blind people are worried that they will be left without transportation by Muslim cabbies who hate their seeing eye dogs, because their religion says that dogs prevent angels from entering a house. This is called StrandedByBigotedIslamoCabbiesPhobia.

Religious minorities, particularly Jews, are concerned that they are being driven out of the neighborhoods, cities and countries where they used to live by Islamic bigotry. This is a problem that everyone knows does not exist, which is why we are not allowed to talk about it. We are not allowed to talk about it in France, in Sweden or in the Negev. Like the rapes, murders, bombings and Muslim hate crimes-- it is something we do not talk about. But it might be called KristallnachtPhobia.

CANBERRA, Australia (AP) — Muslim women would have to remove veils and show their faces to police on request or risk a prison sentence under proposed new laws in Australia's most populous state that have drawn criticism as culturally insensitive.

A vigorous debate that the proposal has triggered reflects the cultural clashes being ignited by the growing influx of Muslim immigrants and the unease that visible symbols of Islam are causing in predominantly white Christian Australia since 1973 when the government relaxed its immigration policy.

Under the law proposed by the government of New South Wales, a woman who defies police by refusing to remove her face veil could be sentenced to a year in prison and fined 5,500 Australian dollars ($5,900).

The bill — to be voted on by state parliament in August — has been condemned by civil libertarians and many Muslims as an overreaction to a traffic offense case involving a Muslim woman driver in a "niqab," or a veil that reveals only the eyes.

The government says the law would require motorists and criminal suspects to remove any head coverings so that police can identify them.

Supreme Court Justice–Elena Kagan–is Pro Sharia Law!

With the appointment of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court he has enrobed a pro-Islam, anti-American who has the potential to sit for 30-40 years. Supreme Court Justice–Elena Kagan–is Pro Sharia Law!

Just when you thought all the talk about Barack Obama usurping the Constitution to bring the United States into compliance with the UN and the Sharia-dominated New International Order was little more than right-wing conspiratorial propaganda—Think Again! The “Appointed One,” in cunning Islamic style, is covering all the bases by laying the foundation, including placing an ally in the United States Supreme Court!

Why is it always after the fact, after the elections and after critical appointments that the real vetting of candidates finally takes place? Simple. When you have a clueless, apathetic and disengaged American populace, coupled with a leftist liberal media that’s already in the tank for the “Messharia,” you take the fast track to confirmation and worry about the repercussions later. After all, it’s a lot easier to select than it is to eject a political appointee.

Elena Kagan’s views render her the first Supreme Court Justice who actively favors the introduction of Sharia law into national Constitutions and legal systems. It’s unprecedented in American history. We now have a liberal, pro-Sharia justice sitting on the highest court in the land. And is it any wonder? After all, as Obama’s Solicitor General, it was Kagan who blocked as many as nine lawsuits from being heard by the Supreme Court. Although the nine cases listed on the high court’s docket had nothing to do with Obama’s eligibility issues, there is no arguing Kagan’s advocacy for Islamic rule and Sharia Law as evidenced below. What do you want to bet that she refuses to recuse herself on any Sharia-related decision and instead leads the charge to legitimize Sharia law in America?

Christine Brim of the Center for Security Policy summarized Kagans’ 2003-2009 career as Dean of Harvard Law School in the following five points. They tell the story of Elena Kagans’ “deep appreciation” of Sharia law.

1. PRO-SHARIA MISSION:
With Kagan’s direction, Harvard’s Islamic Legal Studies Program developed a mission statement dedicated “to promote a deep appreciation of Islamic law as one of the world’s major legal systems.” That mission statement guided her actions and those whom she directed as Dean.

Under Kagan’s direction, her chief of staff at the Islamic Legal Studies Program aggressively expanded non-critical studies of Sharia law – fulfilling her mission “to promote a deep appreciation of Islamic law.” In 2003, the year Kagan became Harvard Law School Dean, Islamic Legal Studies Program Founding Director Frank Vogel and Associate Director Peri Bearman founded the Massachusetts-based International Society for Islamic Legal Studies. In 2007, Bearman and Vogel founded the Islamic Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools.

2. PRO-SHARIA MONEY:
When Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal offered $10 million to New York City’s Rudy Guiliani on October 11, 2001, Guiliani refused to accept it, because the prince insisted that U.S. policies in the Middle East were responsible for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Guiliani stated, “There is no moral equivalent for this act.” But, when Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal offered $20 million to the Islamic Legal Studies Program in December 2005 – Kagan accepted it; after all, the Saudi royal family had funded the program since its inception to establish the moral and legal equivalency between Sharia law and U.S. Constitutional law. As presidential candidate, Newt Gingrich, has noted, Harvard Law School currently has three chairs endowed by Saudi Arabia, including one dedicated to the study of Islamic sharia law.

In 2001 Guiliani made a decision not to accept Talal’s blood money. But in 2005, Kagan made a decision not just to accept it, but to implement Talal’s policies at Harvard.

Not only there, but as reported earlier this year, “Kagan is the main reason why the Supreme Court ruled against the 9/11 families” in a suit filed by thousands of 9/11 family members that traced funding for the 19 hijackers to certain Saudi royals, along with banks, corporations and Islamic charities. Kagan, as Obama’s Solicitor General, said in her brief “that the princes are immune from petitioners’ claims” and that the families’ claims that the Saudis helped to finance the plots fell “outside the scope” of the legal parameters for suing foreign governments or leaders.

So Kagan actively solicited Saudi financing to promote Sharia law in the U.S., and she actively protected Saudi financial backers for terrorism against the U.S., as being immune from claims by 9/11 families.

3. PROMOTING THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AND SHARIA CONSTITUTIONS:
In December, 2006, Kagan hired Noah Feldman, architect of Iraq’s Constitution requiring Shariah, as a star faculty member at Harvard Law School. On March 16, 2008, Feldman published his controversial article “Why Sharia” in the New York Times Magazine, which promoted “Islamists” – the Muslim Brotherhood – as a progressive democratic party, and promoted Sharia as a model not just for Muslim-majority countries but for all: “In fact, for most of its history, Islamic law offered the most liberal and humane legal principles available anywhere in the world…” The article was adapted from his book The Fall and Rise of the Islamic State, which was published in late March, 2008.

On September 16, 2008, Kagan whole-heartedly endorsed Feldman’s promotion of the Muslim Brotherhood and Sharia Law by honoring him with the endowed “Bemis Chair” in International Law. Feldman’s speech on receiving the award was revealing: he advocated for an international, “outward interpretation” of the Constitution that could “require the U.S. to confer rights on citizens of other nations,” and allow for an “experimental Constitution.”

As to the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamist worldwide political organization that Feldman and Kagan support? Their motto is as revealing as Feldman’s speech:

“Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”

Given that slogan, you could well ask if Feldman really meant the Muslim Brotherhood when he wrote about “Islamists” in the book Kagan so admired that she gave him an endowed chair. And he anticipated that question; in the second footnote in his book he states,

“Throughout this book, when I refer to Islamists or Islamism, I have in mind mainstream Sunni Muslim activists loosely aligned with the ideology of the transnational Muslim Brotherhood (MB)…the Brotherhood broadly embraces electoral politics, but without eschewing the use of violence in some circumstances, notably against those whom it defines as invaders in Iraq and Palestine.”

In summary, Kagan made the decision to honor Feldman, author of “big-lie” forms of pro-Sharia propaganda, supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, with an endowed chair. Feldman states flatly that the Muslim Brotherhood, whom he admires, does not “eschew the use of violence against those whom it defines as invaders in Iraq and Palestine.” Kagan’s financial backer, Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, insisted that the U.S. policies in the Middle East (specifically in Israel and Palestine) were a cause of the 9/11 attacks. Like the Muslim Brotherhood, the prince did not “eschew the use of violence” against the U.S. And when 9/11 families sued the Saudi royals who funded the September 11, 2001 “use of violence” against the U.S., Kagan used her power as Solicitor General to protect the group that had been her financial backers at Harvard.

It gets better . . .

4. PROMOTING SHARIA IN CONSTITUTIONS WORLDWIDE:
On May 1, 2007, Kagan initiated a lecture series on Sharia Law, named for Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanhuri, a legal scholar who had drafted constitutions throughout the Middle East between the 1930s and 1960s. There are literally dozens of legal reformers throughout the Muslim world that she could have chosen; but she chose al-Sanhuri.

Sanhuri’s career consisted primarily of making sure that the civil and criminal legal codes throughout the Middle East were Sharia-compliant. He drafted the laws that ensured Sharia law took precedence over secular laws. As much as any single individual, he was responsible for the legal drafting for the “Constitutionalization” of Sharia in previously secular Muslim-majority nations in the 20th century, in concert with the political pressure for Sharia by the Muslim Brotherhood, and the financial pressure for Sharia by the Saudi Royal Family.

As legal scholar Enid Hill wrote in her biography of al-Sanhuri,

“The outlines of the future dialectic are thus able to be detected if al-Sanhuri’s specifications are followed: Islamic legal theory versus Western legal rules, and when the Western rules reflect a different underlying theory they are to be eliminated and new rules put in their place, rules that are reflective of Islamic legal theory.”

Or as al-Sanhuri states himself in his book The Arab Civil Code,

“The goal towards which I am striving is that there will be an Arab civil code derived primarily from the Islamic Shari’a.”

Kagan presided over four of the al-Sanhuri lectures before her departure to become Obama’s Solicitor General

5. PROMOTING SHARIA IN THE JUDICIAL COUP IN PAKISTAN

Kagan consistently used her position at Harvard to promote and legitimate the introduction of Shariah provisions into national constitutions, and indeed into Supreme Courts of other nations. In Pakistan however, her influence is having dire consequences . . .

On November 19, 2008, Elena Kagan presented the Harvard Law School Medal of Freedom to Iftikhar Chaudhry, the controversial Chief Justice of Pakistan. Chaudry had been deposed from his post in 2007 by President General Pervez Musharraf in a complex dispute that included the issue of independence of the judiciary. Musharraf later resigned, and on March 16, 2009, the Prime Minister Gilani re-appointed Chaudhry as Chief Justice.

As noted by Department of Defense attorneys from the Clinton and Reagan eras, Kagan’s honoree has mounted a Sharia judicial coup:

“Contrary to the constitution of Pakistan, Chaudhry usurped the right of appointment of vacancies in the court from the elected prime minister and president…In a previous ruling, Chaudhry reaffirmed the right of the court to disqualify members of Parliament, the president and all ministers of the cabinet from serving if they violate “Islamic injunctions,” or do not engage in ‘teaching and practices, obligatory duties prescribed by Islam. “

Given the fact that Elena Kagan is only fifty years old, she could easily serve on the Supreme Court until she’s eighty or beyond. Coupled with Obama’s Muslim upbringing, his anemic support for Israel, his lack of desire to secure the southern border, the ramrodding of Obamacare against the peoples will, joining an international lawsuit against the state of Arizona, his allegiance to Saudi oil magnates, his support of the UN’s Small Arms Treaty, his cosponsoring of a UN bill with Egypt to restrict free speech, the recent corrupt— Operation Fast & Furious, the appointment of his personal minions (czars) and rash of executive orders to circumvent the Constitution, and his latest gaff—resuming talks with the Muslim Brotherhood and the Taliban terrorist organization, is it even a question that the “appointed” one, the “Messharia” to America is laying the groundwork for gradual socialist reform and a syncretism of the Constitution of the United States with the Constitution of Sharia Law? I rest my case!
