Yesterday, (4/29/11) a Muslim mob of 50,  [correction, a mob of hundreds. ed] disturbingly reminiscent of their co-religionists across a vast swath of official Islamdom,  breached the security cordon at the City Hall in Dearborn, Michigan separating them from their speechifying nemesis, Pastor Terry Jones,

…breaking a barricade, throwing water bottles and shoes.

Fortunately, Riot police restored order within minutes and took at least two people into custody.

Not surprisingly, this convulsive effort by local Dearborn Muslims to violently suppress “anti-Islamic” free speech was abetted by the craven dhimmitude of a useful idiot politician, Dearborn’s mayor John B. O’Reilly, Jr., and worse still, the first amendment-abrogating “ruling” by the 19th Judicial District Court of Dearborn, which “restrained and enjoined” Jones from protesting Sharia near the city’s supremacist mosque, i.e., the so-called Islamic Center of America.

DEARBORN, Mich. — The Rev. Terry Jones’ rally for free-speech rights at Dearborn City Hall Friday night degenerated into chaos as several hundred protesters broke through police lines and rushed toward the controversial Florida pastor.

The outburst occurred about an hour into Mr. Jones’ Stand Up America Now protest on the steps of city hall, which had a large American flag flying over its cupola under clear blues skies.

When the minister removed a wireless microphone from the podium and strode down the steps toward Michigan Avenue, a crowd of about 600 that had been restricted to a sidewalk across the street broke through wooden barricades and Dearborn police, storming across the busy four-lane road.

Mr. Jones began reciting the Pledge of Allegiance over and over as riot police swept into the crowd and slowly pushed the anti-Jones protesters back across the street.

Teachers Say Schools Succumb to Violent Pupils

This is outrageous on many levels.  Firstly, threats of violence and even death should never be tolerated, period.  Second, giving in to threats only begets more threats and the level of violence escalates.  Third, not expelling and or bringing criminal charges sends the message that threats work. Fourth, such utter displays of dhimmitude and cowardice by school officials degrades the authority of law enforcement, the courts and the government.  In effect, the perpetrators are in control of the school system and government at large.  It is no longer the Netherlands.

Three guesses as to the "religion" of those making threats.  No not the Mormons, not the Seventh Day Adventists, not the Buddhists, not the Sikhs.  Must be.... You fill in the blank.

Shame on those cowards.  They are selling out their nation to Islam.

Teachers Say Schools Succumb to Violent Pupils

THE HAGUE, 29/04/11 - Schools are putting teachers under pressure to keep silent if they receive death threats from pupils. Teachers are advised against going to the police and sometimes even offered hush-money, according to TV programme EenVandaag.

A teacher recounted on EenVandaag how the school management instructed her to give a higher mark to an aggresive pupil for fear he would turn to violence if he did not receive this. This pupil had at that time already made death threats to six teachers.

There was reason to assume that the pupil was dangerous because he was a friend of the Turkish boy who shot a teacher through the head in a school in The Hague in 2008. But instead of informing the police, the school management tried to please him.

Another teacher recounted how schools sometimes dismiss teachers when they go to the police to make a report against a violent pupil. One teacher even had to promise as a condition for her severance pay that she would never discuss the threats made against her with anyone. Another teacher, whose exam questions were stolen by a pupil, was advised by the school management to buy the questions back from the thief.

Sherri Arbabzadeh, of Amherst, was entering the United States at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls last month when she handed the customs officer her passport.

He asked her what her citizenship was.

"Why are you asking me my citizenship when it's right there on my American passport?'" she responded.

From that point on, the 51-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen claims, she was harassed, searched and handcuffed.

Now federal officials are investigating the complaint of the Muslim-American businesswoman that she was mistreated.

The report was made by Kuwait's "Assiyasa" newspaper which quoted one of the fighters who abandoned training.

The newspaper stated that in recent months courses focused on the fabrication of explosives, lethal ambushes, hostage taking and moving the latter from one place to another.

According to the newspaper, in case of a war against Teheran the Iranian military instructors have plans to attack the embassies of Gulf countries in Latin America.(ANSAmed)

Muslim group claims royal wedding is legitimate terror target

An insight into just how brazen the Muslim street has become in Britain.  There is a fraction of Muslims in Britain that believe the Royal wedding on the 29th is a legitimate target for terrorism.  They are warning Muslims to stay away and not to ride public transportation during the wedding ceremony. 

A  Muslim summed up the prevailing attitude of Muslim entitlement and superiority thusly:

"You paid for this camera, you pay for my benefits, you're basically my slave."

And he's right.  The British government has become the Dhimmi to Islam.  Only an uprising by the British man in the street can overcome this combination of Muslim invasion and government cowardice.

Muslims Against Crusades, which had its application to protest on Friday turned down by police, yesterday urged Muslims to stay away from central London when Prince William marries Kate Middleton and to avoid all means of public transport due to the heightened risk of an attack.

Assad Ullah, leader of the extremist campaign group, insisted that it had no “inside knowledge” but was simply repeating security fears that have already been widely reported.

“There is a legitimate Islam opinion that those who have been attacked have the right to retaliate,” he said.

“British foreign policy is causing this kind of feeling and increasing the instability in this country. We do not advocate violence but can see how they made themselves a legitimate target for others.”

Announcing that the group had abandoned its plans to protest against the wedding, group spokesman Abu Abbas said: “We urge all Muslims to stay away from the royal wedding, not only because of the drinking, drug taking and sexual promiscuity but because of the likelihood of an attack by the Mujahideen.

 "We urge all Muslims to stay away from public places and all public transport, trains, buses and tubes around central London.”

Leaders of a Presbyterian congregation in Salt Lake City have an answer to the Florida pastor with a penchant for burning the Quran.

Wasatch Presbyterian Church is giving Islam’s holy book away for free.

“Sometimes, it’s hard to know how to push back against the lunatic fringe,” said Russell Fericks, a member of the session, or governing board, of the 350-member church on the city’s east side.

So when the new pastor, the Rev. Scott Dalgarno, asked the board last week to join him in opening their wallets, the reaction was swift.

The leaders put up $600 before the meeting was over and ordered dozens of copies of an Oxford Press edition of the Quran several days ago. The books will be available as early as Monday at King’s English Bookshop, each with a bookmark bearing these words: “This book was donated by the leaders of Wasatch Presbyterian Church, who are not afraid of truth wherever it can be found.”

Why Is Karzai Cracking Down on Women?

Well, Hamad Karzai is showing his true colors.  There's no functional difference between him and the Taliban.  He's about to gut the private women’s rights groups by forcing them to answer to the government rules and regulations.  The problem here is that the government is controlled by the conservative (read radical Taliban) Muslims and will undo all the progress in women’s rights of the past few years.

Why Is Karzai Cracking Down on Women?

The Afghan president is planning to take control of women’s shelters, accusing them of corruption. Gayle Tzemach Lemmon talks to women who are afraid their rights are being taken away as a compromise for the Taliban.

Afghan officials are moving ahead with a plan to take over the country’s 14 women’s shelters, accusing them of misusing funds and a lack of transparency, though neither allegation has to date been substantiated with any evidence.

It seems that safe havens for women suffering from domestic abuse and forced marriage would be an unlikely target for an anti-corruption crackdown from Afghan president Hamid Karzai’s government, which is mired in a number of corruption allegations, including those relating to Kabul Bank.

“Their allegations are baseless, and there is a very political reason behind this,” said Afghan civil society activist Palwasha Hassan of the Afghan Women’s Network. “We are afraid that this is just the beginning of the decline of women’s rights and every day they will take another freedom that women have won.”

As early as Monday, there could be a vote to move all shelters out of the control of NGOs, now running nearly all of the country’s shelters, and into the Ministry of Women’s Affairs. If passed by Karzai’s cabinet, women seeking shelter would be required to win approval from an eight-member board. They would face a compulsory immediate medical exam, followed by monthly medical screenings. They could be evicted from the shelter if a family member arrives to say they will take them in.

Afghan women’s advocates are vowing to battle back against the government regulation, though there is little they can do to stop the move. They say they see this as the Karzai government’s first assault on the gains women have won in the past ten years.

The Afghan president simply wants to pacify conservative elements, both Taliban and Northern Alliance, at a time in which he is seeking to make peace with the Taliban, say shelter organizers.

‘In the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation,” President Obama claimed during his 2009 Cairo speech. “That is why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.”

This statement contained two falsehoods. One, as I’ve previously detailed, was obvious: There are, in fact, no American laws or rules that make it harder for Muslims to give to charity. What we have are laws against material support of terrorism — against using devices like charitable fronts to channel money to jihadists. Those laws are not directed at Muslims. They apply to everyone but are applied most often to Muslims, because Muslims carry out most anti-American terrorism.

The other falsehood was more subtle: the president’s suggestion that the religious obligation of zakat — one of the “five pillars of Islam” — is the equivalent of “charitable giving.” It is not. Zakat is every Muslim’s obligation to contribute to the fortification of the ummah, the notional worldwide Islamic nation. And that very much includes the funding of violent jihad against non-Muslims.

When an earthquake devastated Haiti last year, the West, led as always by the Great Satan, instantly opened its heart and pocketbook. Within days, as the Foundation for Defense of Democracy’s Claudia Rosett reported, the U.S. government had pledged $90 million in public funds, 44 percent of the total anted up by governments worldwide. That was just a fraction of the true American contribution. Despite a deep recession and widespread unemployment, private citizens contributed tens of millions of dollars to the relief efforts. In addition, our armed forces mobilized to provide food, medical treatment, and other humanitarian aid. Untold additional millions in American aid backed relief efforts by the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the World Bank. The economic downturn was global, but still European, Canadian, Japanese, and South American governments and citizens also donated millions.

What of the world’s Muslims? Over the same period of time, they accounted for a whopping 0.1 percent of the total donations committed by governments — basically, a rounding error for a Saudi sheikh’s weekend in Vegas. Drawing a telling contrast, Ms. Rosett noted that the House of Saud’s annual contribution to ICRC operations in 2008 came to a grand total of $216,460 — less than a penny per Saudi, though quite generous compared with the $50,000 kicked in by Iran, whose population is three times larger. By contrast, the United States gave $237.8 million.

How could it be that the oil-drenched realm of zakat – of what we are to believe is obligatory benevolence — lags so embarrassingly behind Dar al-Greed? Very simple: Zakat is not “charity” as we understand that term.

Muslims are taught that charity means Muslims aiding Muslims, for the purpose of fortifying and extending the ummah until all the world is Islam’s domain. “Of their wealth, take alms,” instructs Allah in the Koran (9:103), “that so thou mightest purify and sanctify them.” Thus, zakat may be given only to Muslims.

Over a hundred members of the recently banned Millata Abraham Muslim sect on Friday underwent a mass conversion to mainstream faith at the Baiturrahman Raya Mosque in Banda Aceh.

The 139 conversions were witnessed by hundreds of residents and officials, including Aceh Governor Irwandi Yusuf and provincial Police Chief Insp. Gen. Iskandar Hasan. The conversions were conducted by Teungku Muslim Ibrahim, chief of the provincial capital’s Ulema Consultative Assembly (MPU).

The sect’s leader, Zainuddin, said the idea to convert came to him in a dream on April 19 that he had while locked away in a jail cell. He is facing a five-year sentence for blasphemy stemming from his practice of the banned religion.

The mass conversion comes in the wake of pronounced relgious hostility in the province. On April 6, Irwandi issued a gubernatorial decree banning the Millata Abraham, along with 13 other sects, from conducting religious activities in the province. The decree carries a maximum five-year jail term for those caught practicing.

(April 19, 2011)–International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that Muslim rioters have killed more than 100 Christians and burned down more than 40 churches in an attack that began yesterday in response to the election of Jonathan Goodluck, a Christian, as president of Nigeria. The rioters even destroyed the homes of many Muslims who supported President Jonathan Goodluck.

The Muslim attackers allege that the election was rigged and General Muhammadu Buhari, a Muslim presidential candidate, is the rightful winner. Yet, impartial observers have called this election the fairest in decades. According to the Commonwealth observers’ report, “The elections for the National Assembly and the Presidency were both credible and creditable and reflected the will of the Nigerian people.”

According to ICC sources, it is difficult to know the full extent of the damage. The casualties could be much higher as the attacks took place over many of the 12 Muslim majority states in northern Nigeria. The situation is beginning to calm since security forces were deployed and enforced a 24 hour curfew. Christian minorities living in northern Nigeria have faced repeated bouts of violence and discrimination at the hands of the Muslim majority. Since the introduction of Sharia law in northern Nigeria in 2001, tens and thousands of Christians have been killed.

“Christians in northern Nigeria are being killed and their churches and property destroyed for voting for the candidate of their choice. Why should churches be burned when just it’s an issue of politics? Why should Christians be killed just because someone won an election? Goodluck is not the president just for Christians; he is the president for every Nigerian. Why should Christians suffer because Jonathan won the election? ” said a Christian leader in the northern Nigerian state of Kaduna.


Jonathan Racho, ICC’s Regional Manager for Africa, said, “We are very saddened by the violence against Christians and their property in northern Nigeria. Disputes over elections shouldn’t have been allowed to lead to religious violence against Christians. We have repeatedly seen Muslims attack and kill those of other faiths at the slightest provocation. We urge Nigeria to fully investigate this attack and bring the perpetrators to justice. As long as these attackers operate with impunity, the attacks will continue.”

NJ worker fired over Quran burning gets job back

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- The New Jersey Transit employee fired for publicly burning pages of the Quran on the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks is getting his job back.

A settlement obtained by The Star-Ledger Newark shows Derek Fenton will receive $25,000 for pain and suffering when he resumes his $86,110-a-year job. He'll also receive back pay equal to $331.20 for every day since his firing on Sept. 13, 2010.

Beware America, I bring you news of your own death; "a pale shroud laid out by your own hand".  IDIOTICALLY, you have given religion status to an enemy invader called Islam; thereby egregiously violating the foremost principles of national security, sovereignty and warfare: An enemy invader must never (never) be classified as a religion.

Doing so is equivalent to a mad doctor injecting deadly cancer cells into a healthy patient in this case America. Look how Muslims are "shoving mosques down our throat" even at the hallowed "ground zero" of 9/11. They "thumb their noses" and jeer us, adding insult to injury. Why?  Islam is "programmed" to bring down America and knows no limits.  M.A. Khan in his excellently informative book, Islamic Jihad: A Legacy Of Forced Conversion, Imperialism And Slavery states:

"the perpetuation of a global Islamic rule for eternity is the ultimate goal of Allah"

Perhaps this is why Dr. Wafa Sultan has named her book A GOD WHO HATES emphasizing Islam's God (Allah) hates all things non-Muslim and utilizes this hatred to fuel the fervor for global Islamic rule mentioned by M.A. Khan above.  Needless to say, any ideology with a bigoted, hateful and murderous God should be prohibited religion status in all civilized nations. What's next? Don't be surprised if Muslims demand it's their religious right to tear down the White House and replace it with a mega mosque, give them an inch and they will take a mile. In the same way that a blood thirsty tiger cannot survive without devouring its prey. Islam cannot sustain itself without devouring other nations and ideologies. This is a fact -- not an opinion -- 1400 years of Islamic history prove the case a million times over. Steven Emerson's Investigative Project on Terrorism gives hundreds of up to date examples verifying the dubious nature of Allah's minions. I dare say, that those so called experts who consider Islam to be a religion are not competent in the field of ideology, philosophy, religion, history, sociology or warfare.

Rather than experts, these are "bloody fools" who cannot distinguish between a wooden nickel and a gold coin, and there are legions of them infesting our universities, the media, the state department, the justice department, the military brass, the CIA, the department of defense, the FBI, the NSA, and related government agencies.

Friday trial will decide if pastor can protest at Dearborn mosque

District Judge Mark Somers in Dearbornistan continues to harass Pastor Terry Jones.  Prosecutors now want Jones to post a $100,000 bond for extra police in case there is a riot.  Well, the only people who would riot are the Muslim community, therefore, they should bear all costs of extra police protection for Terry Jones.

Dearborn— A seven-person jury on Friday will decide whether a Quran-burning pastor can legally carry out plans that day to protest at the Islamic Center of America mosque.

Florida Pastor Terry Jones expressed frustration over the prospect this afternoon, telling 19th District Judge Mark Somers that "it will be a problem" if the trial stretches on so long that he can't carry out the 5 p.m. demonstration against radical Islam.

Somers impaneled the jury of four woman and three men from a pool of 30 this afternoon after ruling that Jones' protest could endanger the public and would have to pay an unspecified peace bond to demonstrate on a small median outside the Ford Road mosque.

Jones refused to pay the bond and opted for the trial, which initially was believed to occur this afternoon.

The ruling puts into question Jones' demonstration, which has sparked arguments about the line between free speech and public safety. Prosecutors have sought the unspecified bond — Jones said it was up to $100,000 — for extra police in fear of a riot.

The hearing comes a day after Dearborn city officials denied Jones a permit to protest on public land near the mosque citing public safety concerns. They say he could face arrest if he carries through the protest. Before the hearing, Jones — who wore a leather jacket and jeans — said he planned to proceed with the demonstration despite the permitting issues or peace bond.

"This will not stop us," Jones said before the hearing that began at 3 p.m.

Michigan prosecutor files to stop Koran-burning pastor

Another American public official has decided to enforce Sharia law and smother Free Speech.

Well guess what Mzz (I'm assuming Kym is a female name) Prosecutor, your duty is to protect Mr. Jones from any violence which may emanate from the Muslim community, not suppress his freedom of speech.  It's interesting that Kym Wortyhy foresees a violent reaction from the Muslim community but chooses to side with the potential Muslim rioters, but that's no surprise in Dearbornistan.

DETROIT (Reuters) - A Detroit prosecutor has filed a petition in district court to stop a Florida fundamentalist Christian preacher, who recently caused riots in Afghanistan after he burned a Koran, from holding a rally outside a large Michigan mosque.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said the threat of violence was too great to allow Terry Jones to hold the planned gathering on Friday near the Islamic Center of America -- the largest U.S. mosque -- in the heavily Muslim Detroit suburb of Dearborn.

A hearing on Worthy's bid to block Jones and his supporters from holding the rally at the mosque will be held on Thursday in a Dearborn court. The petition is dated April 15.

Prosecutors argue that the planned gathering by Jones could incite a riot, citing hundreds of email death threats against the preacher.

European countries are certainly not the right place for Muslims who want to live under sharia law.

Muslims who are unhappy with France's recent decision to ban the veil should find a more suitable place to live, such as Sudan, Saudi Arabia or Iran. There, they would feel free to wear the burqa and the niqab and build as many mosques as they want.

Just as Saudi Arabia bans the construction of a church or synagogue in Mecca and Medina, the Italians and the Spaniards have the right to limit the number of mosques in their countries. Muslims who see the establishment of a church or synagogue in their neighborhood as a provocation have no right to complain when non-Muslims express the same sentiments about mosques.

Would it ever occur to a Christian or Jew to move to Saudi Arabia and demand the right to drink alcohol and eat pork?

Can anybody imagine what would happen to a Christian if he or she were wearing the cross on the streets of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia? Or if a Jew wearing a skullcap were seen walking in the streets of Kabul or Khartoum?

      A Northern “Israeli” Command security source warned 150 Hizbullah field commanders of retaliation in case Hizbullah launches any missiles, after “Israel” claimed Hizbullah is leading activities in 150 villages in South Lebanon.

      The warning stated that if any rocket was launched from any house or area in the said 150 southern villages, the “Israeli” army will then destroy every house or building from where the rockets are launched.

      The Zionist security source added that the “Israeli” army is not responsible for any harm which might affect to the citizens of the Lebanese southern villages.

      The latter is actually correct under international law; Hezbollah is responsible for harm that results from its positioning of rockets in a village, thus making the village a legitimate target.

An Asian woman who works in a pharmacy in east London was told to dress more modestly and wear a veil or the shop would be boycotted.

When she went to the media to talk about the abuse she suffered, a man later entered the pharmacy and told her: 'If you keep doing these things, we are going to kill you'.

A newly surfaced audiotape demonstrates how Imam Muhammad Musri, director of the Islamic Society of Central Florida, deceived the pastor of a charismatic Christian church in Gainesville, Florida, to avert the burning of a Qur'an in September 2010. During the run-up to America's annual 9/11 commemoration, Dr. Terry Jones, mustachioed head of the Dove World Outreach Center, made an international splash by threatening to ignite the Muslim holy book in protest. After personal appeals by the President of the United States, Secretary of Defense, and a New Jersey automobile dealer who promised Jones a new car if he'd leave the Qur'an unlit, the pastor relented.

At the time, however, Jones insisted that none of those appeals was decisive. Rather, he assured the news media that Imam Musri—who stood beside him on September 9 before the reporters, cameras and microphones gathered in Gainesville—had brokered a deal whereby New York City's $100 million, 13-story Park51 mosque would be relocated from its proposed site within two blocks of Ground Zero.

Imam Musri, though, soon denied that any such agreement had been reached, pulling the Muslim prayer rug out from under Dr. Jones. The pastor was understandably irked, complaining that he'd been "clearly, clearly lied to" by the imam.

On Sunday, March 20, 2011, Pastor Jones belatedly followed through on his threat to burn a Qur'an. After a mock trial at Dove World Outreach Center, Islam's holiest text was found guilty of causing murder, rape and terrorism, and was thereupon set on fire.

Yet what happened last September has remained a case of He Said, He Said as both sides stuck to their conflicting stories. Finally, on April 16, 2011, a recently discovered five-minute tape documenting a key conversation between the two religionists was posted online by Jones's group Stand Up America!

It clearly shows that Imam Musri first lied to Terry Jones and then lied to the media about having lied to Pastor Jones.

In private before their joint press conference, Musri advises Jones: "I told the media out there exactly what my plan is. I told them I'm gonna go in. This is what I'm gonna offer the Pastor: one for one exchange, OK?"

Musri assures Jones that he has "secured a commitment for a meeting in New York with the imam" in charge of Park51. "Pastor, this is your chance in history," Musri lays it on thick.

"Let me get your message straight," Jones cautiously seeks to clarify. "Your message is you talked to the imam and—"

"He is willing to relocate," Musri affirms.

"The mosque," Jones ventures, still intent on correctly understanding Musri's offer.

"The mosque from Ground Zero. OK?" says Musri impatiently. "To an alternative location that is not controversial at all, away from Ground Zero. OK?"

"He is willing to do that?" Pastor Jones asks one last time, just to be safe.

"Yes," says Imam Musri, who adds that the offer is conditional on Jones forgoing his Qur'an burning.

"Of course, obviously," replies Jones.

A few hours after the tape's release, The New York TimesThe  Times interviewed Muhammad Musri by telephone. The imam maintains Jones's recording is a fake. "I don't think it's authentic," Musri told The Times. "Even with whatever is in that transcript, it does not say I am promising him it will be moved. He made it up, as simple as that."

Yet given the newfound evidence, it's impossible to consider this another He Said, He Said matter. The tape's audio quality is good. The transcript is accurate. The record speaks for itself. Imam Muhammad Musri is a liar.

And Pastor Terry Jones, for all his anti-Muslim rhetoric (his book is titled Islam Is of the Devil), fell for it. Hook, line and sinker.

Several thoughts here.

First, it's heartening to see that an American police department is finally using the term "honor killing".  It's long past time that the correct term is used for this barbaric facet of Islam.

"Police have warned that a missing 16-year-old girl from Illinois who ran away from home to avoid an arranged marriage could become the victim of an ‘honor killing’."

Second, the girls younger sister (in the presence of her mother and father) has made a public appeal to her to return home and she will not be harmed.  This type of false appeal is made time after time to lure the runaway back home, only to have the girl murdered when the family think its safe.

"Zaineb's 13-year-old sister has issued a plea for her safe return. She said: ‘I just want her to know that she can come home and we're not going to like hurt her or anything because we just want her to be happy and we want her to be safe."

Third, this is the same old story of Muslim immigrant parents coming to America only to have their daughter adopt American freedoms in conflict with the throwback Islamic tenets of the old country.  Once again, the parents want to sell their daughter to an older man in the old country, and the daughter refuses.  Well, the parents have chosen to live in America so they need to adopt to our ways, or get the hell out, and leave their daughters here to enjoy the freedoms and bounty of America....NOW.

During the House Homeland Security hearing last month on the topic of radicalization in the American Muslim community, one exchange between L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca and Rep. Chip Cravaack (R-MN) concerned the relationship between the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and Hamas terrorist front the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Sheriff Baca told the congressman:

    We don’t play around with criminals in my world. If CAIR is an organization that is a quote “criminal organization,” prosecute them. Hold them accountable and bring them to trial.

But according to a high-ranking source within the Department of Justice, who spoke exclusively to Pajamas Media on the condition of anonymity, Sheriff Baca, a long-time supporter of CAIR, was probably already in on the joke.

The joke is that a number of leaders of Islamic organizations (all of whom publicly opposed the King hearings on Muslim radicalization) were about to be indicted on terror finance support charges by the U.S. attorney’s office in Dallas, which had been investigating the case for most of the past decade.

But those indictments were scuttled last year at the direction of top-level political appointees within the Department of Justice (DOJ) — and possibly even the White House.

Pakistan's blasphemy vigilantes kill exonerated man

The murder of Mohamed Imran in Pakistan illustrates why Sharia lawand secular law cannot coexist.  Imran was found innocent of blasphemy by a secular court, but he was subsequently murdered by two pious Muslims in the name of Islam.  The killers took their direction directly from the Koran which commands all Muslims to kill blasphemers against Islam and does not recognise secular law.  Evidence or any semblence of due process are not required, only a single accusation is enough to have pious Muslims murder an accused blasphemer.

Imran's murderers will certainly be hailed as heros and keepers of the faith by the vast majority of Pakistanis, and Muslims everywhere.

Importing Muslims into Western societies will ultimately import Sharia law and all its barbarisms.

Texas Legislature Considers Bills to Ban Foreign Law from State Courts

Texas lawmakers are continuing their quest to prohibit Shariah law from being accepted as persuasive in any court in the Lone Star State. This includes any cultural considerations and implications of any foreign law or code, including the Islamic Shariah law.

The chief sponsor of one of the measures, Representative Leo Berman (R-Tyler), stated that the goal of his proposed bill “is to require Texas courts to uphold and apply only the laws ordained by the constitutions of [Texas and the United States], prohibiting any other interpretation.”

"We all know what Shariah law does to women — women must wear burqas, women are subject to humiliation and ... controlled marriages under Shariah law," he continued, in defense of his bill. "We want to prevent it from ever happening in Texas."
 Berman’s bill to exclude foreign laws from being applied in Texas courts, as well as a similar proposal sponsored by Rep. Randy Weber (R-Pearland), were brought before the House Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence last week. Both measures are still pending committee approval.

Texas is among several states — including Alaska, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Tennessee — seeking to legislatively forbid judges from applying Shariah-based laws in cases brought before them.

Anti-Shariah measure dead in Okla. Senate

Here we have a federal judge interfering with the Oklahoma Senate.  The Oklahoma House passed a bill that would prohibit the use of any foreign laws in Oklahoma courts but was blocked by the judge at the instigation of Muneer Awad of CAIR.  This illustrates just how far a small number of radical Islamists have infiltrated and influenced the legal proceedings of this country.

Stand up America, call and write your state and federal legislators and demand they stop the political and legal Islamic invasion.

OKLAHOMA CITY, April 12 (UPI) -- A bill that would outlaw the use of international and Shariah law in state courts will not get a hearing in the Oklahoma Senate, its sponsor said.

The controversial bill that would prohibit foreign laws from being enforced in Oklahoma courtrooms easily passed the state House of Representatives but has languished in the Senate, and is considered dead for this year, The Oklahoman reported Tuesday.

Rep. Sally Kern, the bill's author, expressed disappointment that the bill would not be heard by a Senate committee.

Sharia is Already Here

Geert Wilders’ political party, the PVV, has exposed the fact that sharia is currently being followed in the Netherlands, not in special sharia courts, as in the UK, but in the Dutch civil courts themselves.

Mr. Wilders has now expressed his vehement public objections to this situation. Many thanks to our Dutch correspondent H. Numan for translating this article from De Telegraaf:

    ‘Sharia already in The Netherlands’

    The Hague — The PVV party demands a ban on the use of Islamic laws by Dutch judges.

    In Dutch court cases such as divorce, children, and inheritance, more and more rules from Islamic countries are used: this is the opinion of the PVV. PVV leader Geert Wilders calls for measures after an investigation by his party.

    “I am shocked by the extensive use of Islamic law within The Netherlands. Not by so-called shariah courts, which do not exist, according to then-minister Hirsh Ballin, but by our own courts, no less.”

    Paternity

    As an example Wilders mentioned a case in 2009 from the court in The Hague, in which a Somali man denied paternity of his child with his ex-wife. This was granted by the court, based on ‘traditional Islamic law’. A magistrate in Utrecht rejected the claim for a divorce of a woman who holds plural Moroccan-Dutch nationality, because according to Moroccan jurisprudence in the Mudawwana [the law governing marriage, divorce, parentage, inheritance, child custody and child rights] first an attempt must be made to reconcile both parties.


    The court in The Hague judged that a Dutch woman, who by marriage to an Iranian also became Iranian, could not claim part of the property after her divorce, because Iranian financial law applied. The couple lived during their entire marriage in The Netherlands.

    There have been cases where a marriage was dissolved by the Islamic legal procedure of repudiating the wife, which was considered valid under Dutch law. “We are talking here about moronic Islamic law in which women were seriously disadvantaged.” Wilders wants action from the cabinet, which is being tolerated by the PVV. “All laws and treaties much be changed in such a way this will no longer be possible.”

    Islamic law can be used in The Netherlands by means of civil law. That sounds logical when, for example a German company does not honor a Dutch contract for a French firm., but it goes apparently much further than that. Only when foreign laws conflict with Dutch laws concerning public order is their application forbidden. “That is just make-believe” said Wilders. “The Islamisation has already begun, also here.”

It's time for anyone even remotely concerned with preserving freedom of speech to stand up for Sion Owens.  The man burned a Koran, and made a video of the burning in private, on his own property, and distributed it to some friends, privately, as a means of protest against the Islamic invasion of Britain.

Somehow, that video was given to the Welsh police who have now charged him with committing a "public order offence".

How amazing that the birthplace of British common law and free speech via the Magna Charta has descended to having such a thing as a "public order offence".  The term reeks of totalitarian excesses such as found in the old Soviet Union or Mao's Communist China.

This "public order offence" is being prosecuted for one reason only: the enforcement of Sharia law.  Britain has descended into abject Dhimmitude in the face of the Islamic invasion of "once great" Britain.  Being the obvious symbol of Islam, the Koran is a symbolic target for protest, just as the Bible is a symbolic symbol used by many to protest Christianity.  Neither can be granted special status or protection from those who disagree with the underlying tenets they represent.

So today I too am Sion Owens.  I will not bow to the edicts of Islam, nor will I grant the Koran any more respect than any other collection of scribbles on paper.  If the Islamic invasion of the West is not stopped in its tracks, now, it will become expotentionally more difficult to halt with each passing week.

Police in Wales are now enforcing the Islamic edict that there shall be no disrespect to the Koran.  From what I can make from this article, Sion Owens, a BNP member videoed the burning of a copy of the Koran and distributed it, privately, to some other members.  Somehow a copy of the video was given to the police and Mr. Owens was arrested without any formal charges being stated. 

The Welsh police have made the usual PC noises about intolerance:

‘We always adopt an extremely robust approach to allegations of this sort and find this sort of intolerance unacceptable in our society.’

It's truly unfortunate that the Welsh police have not taken similar action against countless Muslims who have called outright for the violent overthrow of the British people. 

One can only conclude that for whatever reasons: cowardice; political power; collusion or hidebound adherence to multiculturalism the Welsh police and the Home Office are in fact enforcing Sharia law against British subjects without benefit of formal charges.  If certain leftist politicians in America have their way, American police will be arresting citizens for unpopular speech against the Islamic invasion of the US.

BNP man 'videoed burning Koran in garage' arrested and charged

A senior member of the British National Party has been arrested for allegedly burning a copy of the Koran in his garage.

Sion Owens, a BNP candidate in the forthcoming Welsh Assembly elections, was charged under the Public Order Act.

He was said to have soaked the Islamic holy book in kerosene, set fire to it and watched it burn. Footage was then apparently circulated among extremists.

The alleged act, considered highly offensive to Muslims, comes after dozens died last week in riots fuelled by a similar Koran-burning incident in America.

U.S. pastor Terry Jones – who caused an outcry when he threatened to burn the holy text last year – supervised as his assistant went through with the stunt at his church in Florida late last month.

It triggered a wave of bloody anti-American protests which included the beheading of two United Nations workers in Afghanistan.

The alleged incident involving the BNP is believed to be the first time anything similar has happened in Britain. However, police had feared far-right extremists might attempt to emulate the Mr Jones’s actions.

Owens, 41, who previously stood for a council seat and has been pictured with BNP leader Nick Griffin, was unveiled last week as the party’s candidate for the South Wales West constituency.

Last night, the Home Office ‘absolutely condemned’ the Koran-burning incident.

 A statement said: ‘It is fundamentally offensive to the values of our pluralist and tolerant society.’

Ann Barnhardt Fights Totalitarian Islam and Its Useful Idiots

Once again a mere flicker -- in this case burning a copy of the Koran in Florida -- has ignited the inferno of deeply seated infidel-hatred that pervades the contemporary Muslim world, precipitating violence, death, and general mayhem amongst our Afghan " allies."

This eruption was hardly pastor Terry Jones' fault. The insane orgy of murderous Muslim violence in Afghanistan was a direct result of Islamic doctrine.  Jones' simple non-violent act effectively administered a diagnostic societal stress test revealing -- yet again -- the pathological mindset engendered by an Islam that remains ossified in its Medieval fortress, defiantly unreformed and unrepentant.

Kansas-born Ann Barnhardt was raised on a farm with a working cow-calf operation. Her formal training includes a B.S. in Animal Husbandry and Agricultural Economics, obtained at Kansas State University. Now a Colorado-based commodity broker, she reacted with singular clarity and courage to the recent carnage by the all too familiar Afghan Muslim mobs, and of equal importance, their witless, morally cretinous American apologists. Her verbal dismembering of Lindsey Graham (in Part 1) is epochal.

Diana West introduced me to Ann's highly informed, if appropriately trenchant videos (in two parts), which can be viewed in full at these links: (Part 1); (Part 2); Diana's commentary and a subsequent equally insightful blog by Roger Kimball provide valuable context to Ann  Barnhardt's videos seen through the prism of two of our most perspicacious cultural critics.

My focus is on Barnhardt's astute, irrefragable observation (starting at 1:54) that Islam is a "...totalitarian political system masquerading as a religion," and her accurate "exegesis" of Koranic verses, entirely consistent with their interpretation by a classical mainstream Koranic commentary that remains the seminal work introducing Muslims to "Koranic understanding."

First, Ann Barnhardt's view of Islam as an innately totalitarian political system comports with a continuum of modern assessments by great Western scholars dating back to the renowned Swiss historian Jacob Burkhardt in the mid-19th century. Bernard Lewis, the eminence grise of contemporary Western scholars of Islam, confirmed Burckhardt's assessment a century later.

Perhaps the initial reference to Islam as a totalitarian system, specifically (Burckhardt used the most comparable 19th century term "despotism"), was made in 1937 by Charles R. Watson, the Cairo-born first head of the American University at Cairo. Watson noted,

    In the case of the Mohammedan world, religion has seemingly affected every detail of life with its prescriptions and requirements...[N]o other religion, as it conquered new territory, has so completely and quickly wiped out even the culture of the conquered people and imposed upon their total life new ways and customs, often a new language, as has the Mohammedan religion.

    Islam can truly be described as totalitarian. By a million roots, penetrating every phase of life, all of them with religious significance, it is able to maintain its hold upon the life of the Moslem peoples.

MOSCOW (AFP) - A prominent imam who discouraged youth from joining Islamic militants has been shot dead in his home in the strife-torn southern Russian republic of Dagestan, news reports said Saturday.

Magomed Saiputdinov was slain by automatic gunfire in a nighttime attack near the Chechen-border town of Kizlyar, agencies quoted a spokesman for the local interior ministry as saying.

"He was widely known for his uncompromising stand against any forms of violence, condemning the murder of innocent people and other atrocities of the Chechen underground," Interfax quoted a police statement as saying.

Saiputdinov was the sixth Muslim religious leader to be killed in the republic in the past year, with the previous fatal attack occurring on November 1, 2010, RIA Novosti quoted the National Anti-Terror Committee as saying.

Three Churches Attacked, Egyptian Military Sides With Radical Muslims

Well, the Egyptian revolution for "democracy" certainly hasn’t slowed Egyptian Muslim attacks on the Copts.  It's business as usual and it will only get worse when the Muslim Brotherhood assumes a part of or control of, whatever type of government replaces Mubaracks' dictatorship.  Whatever evolves will certainly use the Koran and Sahria law as its basis.

(AINA) -- In the last two weeks three attacks on churches were undertaken by Salafis or Islamic Fundamentalists in Egypt. The Salafis demanded churches move to locations outside communities and be forbidden from making repairs, "even if they are so dilapidated that the roofs will collapse over the heads of the congregation," says Father Estephanos Shehata of Samalut Coptic Diocese.

The latest of these incidents took place in the village of Kamadeer, in Samalout, Minya province on April 5, which escalated to the point where it was feared the church would be torched and demolished, as was done in the case of St. George and St. Mina Church in village of Soul, Atfif, on March 5 (AINA 3-5-2011). For three days Muslims occupied the entrance to St. John the Beloved Church in the village of Kamadeer with their mats, praying and sleeping there while thousands of village Copts staged a sit-in for three continuous days in front of the Minya governorate building, vowing not to leave until they got their church back. "Even if it takes one year, we will still be here," said Fr. Youssab in the rally. The Coptic demonstrators demanded the reopening of their church and prosecution of the squatters (video of Coptic sit-in).

When the priest arrived at St. John the Beloved church on April 5 he found hundreds of Salafis, who told him and the parishioners that arrived for mass they are "not allowed" to pray at this church any longer.

Istinja' with the Torah and New Testament

My reference in a column today, "'Rushdie Rules' Reach Florida," included this sentence: "A 2003 decree ruled the Bible suitable for use by Muslims when cleaning after defecation." That allusion deserves further explanation.

The link above goes to Fatwa #40378 of The Encyclopedia of Fatwas (Arabic: Mawsu'at al-Fatawi) on www.islamweb.net. Issued on November 23, 2003, it contains the standard question-and-answer format of a fatwa and reads thus in English translation:

    Judgment: Despising the Torah or the New Testament

    Question: "Does someone who insults the Torah or the New Testament engage in apostasy, given that these include some words of God?"

    Answer: "It would be impermissible to disdain the Torah and New Testament if they contained the truth and the name of the exalted, such as the name of God the Most High. Whoever does this [i.e., disrespect the books] knowingly and by choice would be considered an apostate and would be despised by God. But [in fact] the Torah and New Testament do not have anything exalted in them. They are known to have been corrupted, so there is no problem disdaining them.

    Ash-Shams[ad-Din] Ar-Ramli [d.1004 A.D.] said in [his book of fiqh] Nihayat al-Muhtaj: "It is impermissible to use respected books like those of hadith and fiqh for anal cleansing after defecation (al-istinja',????????? ), but non-respected books like philosophy, Torah and the New Testament, which are known as corrupt and which do not contain exalted names, can be used for anal cleansing after defecation."

Interestingly, Fatwa #40378 is no longer posted at the Encyclopedia of Fatwas; an announcement on its old page drably states that "There is no fatwa with this number." The screen shot posted on my website, however, establishes that this fatwa was once posted.

Fatwa #40378 appears to have been removed in late 2009, as a result of the Dena Milany controversy. Milany, a German woman, posted the fatwa in English translation and Arabic original, then posted a call on Facebook for a "koran toilet paper roll," complete with graphic of such an item. Muslims demanded the deletion of this page and the agitation reached to Egypt, where Sheikh Ali Abu'l-Hasan, a former president of Al-Azhar University's Fatwa Committee, published a fatwa (reported in the Egyptian newspaper Al-Yawm as-Sabi' on September 27, 2009) in which he ordered the "shedding of [her] blood." Milany responded by publicizing the above fatwa on her blog, http://denamilany.blogspot.com.

Despite its removal, the fatwa remains valid. Taking it down from the website does not cancel it; that would require that the institution that issued it formally declare it illegitimate. This has not happened because the Shari'a clearly permits istinja' with the Bible. Indeed, specialists on Shari'a have through the centuries discussed the legitimacy of istinja' using the Torah and New Testament. (September 21, 2010)

Christian evangelist faces death penalty in Saudi Arabia

An Eritrean Christian is facing the death penalty in Saudi Arabia after being arrested for sharing his faith with Muslims.

Mussie Eyob was detained by the authorities at a mosque in Saudi's second largest city, Jeddah, on 12 February. He had gone there to meet and talk with local Muslims after speaking about Christianity at the Eritrean Embassy for three days. Eyob was arrested for preaching to Muslims, an offence that carries the death penalty in Saudi Arabia.

Eyob, who was initially assumed to have mental health problems, was examined by doctors, who confirmed that he is fit for trial and sentencing. He was then transferred to the notorious high-security Briman Prison. His family are very concerned for his welfare there.

Dewan Rakyat: People Who Abuse Quranic Verses Can Be Charged - Jamil

KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 (Bernama) - The government can take action against people who abuse Quranic verses for certain interests and dispute all forms of worship by Muslims in this country.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom said this followed the special conference of the National Fatwa Council on Dec 3 last year to discuss issues including abuse of Quranic verses.

"The muzakarah agreed that non-Muslims who cite Quranic verses according to their own understanding without sincerity is an affront to the sanctity of al-Quran and can cause doubt and slander in society," he told Dewan Rakyat Wednesday.

He was responding to a question from Datuk Ibrahim Ali (Independent-Pasir Mas) on whether the government intends to enact legislation so that non-Muslims did not dispute all forms of worship by Muslims like the 'azan' (call to prayer) and the Maulidur Rasul (Prophet Muhammad's birthday) celebration.

Jamil said that any person who caused disharmony in society could be charged under Section 298 and 298A (1) of Penal Code (Revised) 1997.

"Under Section 298, those who hurt the religious feelings of others whether by words, action, sounds or signals shall be sentenced not more one year's jail or fine or both".

Daniel Greenfield addresses the outrageous intentions of Senators Lindsey Graham and Harry Reid and Justice Stephen Breyer to restrict the right of free speech in America over the recent burning of a Koran in Florida.  No matter how repugnant the burning may be to some, any restriction of free speech diminishes all of America and is the first step to the fall of freedom. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid wants an investigation into Koran burning. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer suggested that this form of free speech could be banned.  Senator Lindsey Graham is also looking for ways to limit free speech, saying, "Free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war".

Free speech is more than a great idea, it's a fundamental freedom untouchable by legislators. But all it takes is a few Muslim murders-- and Reid, Breyer and Graham eagerly hold up their lighters to the Constitution. Free speech has been curtailed before in the United States during a time of war-- but only free speech sympathetic to the enemy. During WW1 a suspected German propagandist filmmaker was jailed. But could anyone have imagined anti-German propagandists being jailed? The Wilson administration was behaving unconstitutionally, but not insanely.

Today we aren't jailing filmmakers who traffic in anti-American propaganda in wartime. If we did that half of Hollywood would be  behind bars. Instead Democratic and Republican Senators are discussing banning speech offensive to the enemy. Because even though they're killing us already-- we had better not provoke them or who knows how much worse it will become.

Traditionally it's the victors who give their laws to the defeated. But massive immigration at home and nation building occupations abroad mean that the defeated of failed states are imposing their Sharia law on us. We're asked to trade in our Constitutional freedoms out of fear of Muslim violence. And so the murderers impose the terms of peace on us. And then don't abide by them.

Violence in the Muslim world is a constant. We have been fighting Muslim violence since George Washington's time. And we have been subject to it even longer. Whether it's Muslims killing Hindus, Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians or any and every religion under the sun-- there is a pattern here. It's a story as old as time. And it's not one that we can stop by ladling out honeyed words of appeasement.

Andrew McCarthy lays into General Petraeus' cringing apologetic plea to the Afghans over the recent Koran burning in Florida.  There is no reason whatsoever to apologize to anyone for the legal political actions of any American.  To do so only diminishes America and emboldens our enemies. 

Whatever one's opinion about burning a Koran, remember that Muslims burn Bibles, Torahs and Hindu scriptures on a daily basis, not to mention burning churches and murdering Christians, Jews and anyone else whom Muslims deem to have insulted Islam in any manner.

As always, Mark leaves nothing left to say regarding Sen. Lindsey Graham — though I am tempted to suggest that maybe the country would have been better off if he hadn’t exercised his First Amendment right to offer help beefing up the Libyan regime when he was a special guest in Qaddafi’s tent a few months back.

I would instead like to draw attention to the repugnant statement issued by General David Petraeus and NATO Ambassador Mark Sedwill:

KABUL, Afghanistan (April 3, 2011) – In view of the events of recent days, we feel it is important on behalf of ISAF [i.e., the International Security Assistance Force] and NATO members in Afghanistan to reiterate our condemnation of any disrespect to the Holy Qur’an and the Muslim faith. We condemn, in particular, the action of an individual in the United States who recently burned the Holy Qur’an.

We also offer condolences to the families of all those injured and killed in violence which occurred in the wake of the burning of the Holy Qur’an.

We further hope the Afghan people understand that the actions of a small number of individuals, who have been extremely disrespectful to the Holy Qur’an, are not representative of any of the countries of the international community who are in Afghanistan to help the Afghan people.

Suicide bombers kill 50 people at shrine in Pakistan

More Muslim on Muslim terror.  Day after day Muslims prove the point that Islam is an inherently violent and intolerant "religion".  In the last 20 years, Muslims have certainly killed more Muslims than members of any other religion or nationality.  So maybe there's hope that the Islamists will kill off enough of each other to eliminate the Islamic war against the West.

Suicide blast in Pakistan kills dozens

Two Taliban suicide bombers caused mass carnage on Sunday at a Sufi shrine in eastern Pakistan, killing at least 41 people in the latest bloody attack on minority religious groups. Jon Decker reports.

THE death toll has risen to 50 after two suicide bombers unleashed carnage at a Sufi shrine in Pakistan where hundreds had gathered for a religious ceremony.

The bombers struck outside the shrine of the 13th century Sufi saint Ahmed Sultan, popularly known as Sakhi Sarwar, in Dera Ghazi Khan district.

Hundreds of worshippers had gathered at the shrine for a religious ceremony when the attacks happened.

"We have recovered 41 bodies so far," said the officer, Zahid Hussain Shah, adding that more than 70 were wounded.

"Both were suicide attackers, they came on foot and blew themselves up when police on duty stopped them."
